Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war relativ einfach gehalten, aber alles funktionierte, machte einen gepflegten Eindruck und war sehr günstig! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Bedienung war immer besorgt dass man alles hat was man wollte! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker!

Hotel was sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Cons:

Ich habe eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, gemeinsam mit einem Freund, seiner Frau und den Kindern.
Ich selbst hatte ein Einzelzimmer, die Familie ein größeres Zimmer.
Zur Einordnung:
Ich bin technischer Leiter einer großen Hotelkette in Düsseldorf und habe beruflich bereits in unzähligen Hotels weltweit übernachtet – aber was ich hier erlebt habe, ist mir in Deutschland bisher noch nicht passiert.
Wir sind sehr müde gegen 22:30 Uhr angereist.
Bereits beim Betreten der Rezeption kam uns ein beißender Geruch von Zigarettenqualm entgegen.
Der Check-in am Automaten verlief zwar reibungslos – das war leider schon das Beste am gesamten Aufenthalt.
Als ich mein Zimmer betrat (80 € pro Nacht!), konnte ich meinen Augen nicht trauen:
Die Außenwand neben dem Bett war komplett gelb verfärbt
In den Zimmerecken massiver Schimmelbefall
Spinnenweben an der Decke
Staub unter dem Bett, Staub in allen Ecken
Der Laminatboden klebte und hatte offene Stellen, an denen man sich barfuß verletzen kann
Die Dusche war ein absoluter Schock:
Mehr als die Hälfte der Silikonfugen verschimmelt und tiefschwarz, in allen Ecken Staub –
zudem kein richtiges
Shampoo oder Duschgel vorhanden sondern 2 kleine Tüten
Kein Rauchmelder im Zimmer – lediglich die leere Halteplatte an der Decke
Die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht abschließen
Ich habe in vielen Ländern und Kategorien von Hotels übernachtet – von einfach bis luxuriös –
aber dass mir so etwas in Deutschland passiert, hätte ich nicht für möglich gehalten.
Positive Punkte:
Das Bett war bequem
Der Check-in funktionierte problemlos
Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit
Doch ganz ehrlich:
Wir leben im Jahr 2026.
Wer ein Hotel betreibt, trägt Verantwortung für die Gesundheit und Sicherheit seiner Gäste.
In diesem Zustand sollte kein Zimmer mehr vermietet werden.
Mein dringender Rat:
Bleiben Sie diesem Hotel fern und buchen Sie lieber ein renommiertes Hotel in Trier.
Dieses Haus ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go.
