Decent location, 20 mins to songdo business centre and close to train station with heaps of food restaurants nearby.
Pros:

Free laundry and breakfast.

Cons:

No communication around how
To use aircon in rooms and LG steam cleaner.
Beds was hard and needs new linen.

Definitely slightly beating the allegations of being a love motel. In a building with a lot of massage places that serve men only… even non smoking rooms smell of smoke.
