Location quiet but not too far from city centre. New and clean hotel

Great location, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Lobby nice and bright, good seating. Welcoming staff. Really good location, walking distance to all the key spots and food places. Water dispenser on every floor which was great.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small compared to other Citadine hotels I’ve stayed in but this wasn’t an issue.

Highly recommended and won't regret staying there.
Pros:

The place is clean, everything about this hotel is great, location wise fantastic. Easy to get a grabcar. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back to this hotel for the next trip.

Fabulous - would recommend!
Pros:

It was modern, clean, great facilities. We stayed for 3 nights and felt the hotel was close to the main streets, malls, cocktail bars. Staff were attentive and went above & beyond for my partners birthday making it a personal stay. Would recommend to any travellers or people looking for a short stay.

Pros:

Emplacement bien placé et pas très loin des activités à voir.
La gentillesses du personnel.

Pros:

Good location for food and a look into the life of real Penang’s.
Clean and comfortable. Aircon worked well.
Staff was polite and friendly.

Cons:

The Nescafé sachets.
Although freshly brewed coffee was provided 24-7 in the common lounge, it would have been nice to be able to brew local coffee bags in the room.

Great!
Pros:

- The facility is good: the room itself is nice (spacious, has cloth rack and hangers), they also have swimming pool and workout room

- The location is good: though not at the center of George Town, there are Hawker Stalls nearby (3 minute walk) and a big mall (7-10 minutes walk). The area is generally quiet but a temple nearby (大伯公廟）happened to hold celebration while we were there

- They provide free coffee and shuttle, which is nice. But for flexibility, I guess it’s more convenient to take a Grab since it’s not expensive

- The staff is helpful and friendly

Cons:

Before getting there, they send messages via booking to ask us fill in checking form but the buttons in the email didn’t work, so we couldn’t fill in in advance but did it on the spot. It doesn’t bother that much just a minor thing that can be improved
