Good value for the money
Pros:

It was very clean and nice

Cons:

They were doing some work on the street—unloading a truck all night long—and it was impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the soundproofing against street noise isn't very good. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly kind and moved us to a different room.

Pros:

We liked the room’s interior — it is modern and stylish. The air conditioning works well, and we appreciated having a safe in the room, a good selection of toiletries, as well as a kettle with coffee and tea. There is also a refrigerator. Everything is very convenient.

Cons:

We didn’t like that the rooms are cleaned at 10 a.m. while we are still sleeping, and when we leave around 11 a.m.–12 p.m., the room is not cleaned when we return later in the day.
The rooms should be cleaned during the daytime, when hotel guests have woken up and gone out into the city.
We also didn’t like that the pool downstairs is not heated and that the waterfalls are either not working or not turned on.
The price is quite high, and we would not stay here a second time.

Pros:

One of my favourites in penang. Clean comfortable and amazing staff. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool so much as wellm the gym was well kept and everything was tastefully designed. I have no complains

Ok stay, but front desk staff needs a bit more training in customer service
Pros:

coffee and location was good. The room is very clean and neat.

Cons:

I felt the front desk staff could do with being a bit nicer, they often weren't very attentive, which is a massive change from last time I stayed here. Also you have to do everything online with the check in - I found this quite lazy on the hotels side of things. I think it's less personable when you have to check yourself into the hotel even though there is staff there
