Ok stay, but front desk staff needs a bit more training in customer service
Pros:

coffee and location was good. The room is very clean and neat.

Cons:

I felt the front desk staff could do with being a bit nicer, they often weren't very attentive, which is a massive change from last time I stayed here. Also you have to do everything online with the check in - I found this quite lazy on the hotels side of things. I think it's less personable when you have to check yourself into the hotel even though there is staff there

Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful, modern and clean but lots of character. It is a little bit out of the main city but only a 25 ish minute walk. The pool is amazing and so quiet in the evening, staff were all really polite and there was even a doorman who was so helpful and kind!!

Cons:

The WiFi was almost non existent in our room on the top floor, much stronger on the ground floor with the pool but a bit annoying in the evenings

Excellent service
Pros:

Everything about the Hotel, location and staff.
Convenient to walk around to nearer restaurant. Hotel and facilities were very clean. All the staff were friendly and attentive.
