総合して、とてもお得！
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても親切で感じが良く、雰囲気的にも高級感があった。
ホテルにありがちな部屋の暗さがなく、過ごしやすかった。

Pros:

前回宿泊時帽子を忘れてしまい電話連絡をいれて取っておいてもらいました。安い帽子でしたがその時の電話対応もとても丁寧で今回伝えたら直ぐに取り置きしてもらっていた帽子を渡してもらえました。小さなことだけどこういった対応にとても安心します。

サンシャイン水族館のイベント目的で、近いホテルで高評価を参考に宿泊を決めました。
サンシャイン水族館のチケットをネットで購入していましたが、ホテルで購入できる前売券がとてもお得だというポスターをみて、ネット予約をキャンセルし、ホテルで購入することにしました。

チケットを購入するため、チェックイン手続きの方の後ろに並んでいましたが、気がついたチェックイン手続き中のスタッフの方が配慮下さり、他のスタッフの方に対応するよう声かけしてくれたので、待たずにすみました。
とても有難かったです。

清潔でスタッフの方の対応も気持ちよく、とても快適に過ごせました。また池袋周辺に用事がある際は是非利用したいと思います。

立地がとても良く、駅や周辺の飲食店、買い物にも便利でした。

Cons:

立地は良かったですが、部屋の湿気が非常にひどく、寝具まで湿っていて、エアコンの臭いも強かったため、快適に過ごすことができませんでした。

服務不錯，清潔備品足夠也很好，廁所乾淨好用，房間床位格局美中不足，所以不會想拍房間，有拍厠所，回台灣想用類似衞浴設備

Cons:

El desayuno no me gustó para nada. No merece la pena pagar la reserva de la habitación con desayuno incluido. Consistía en una sopa de verduras, una bebida y dos piezas de bollería pequeñas. Pésimo. PÉSIMO.
No deberían ofrecer ese desayuno tan malo a los huéspedes del hotel.
