relaxing and pleasant
Pros:

We loved the room (room 4) and how roomy it was. was perfect for partner and I with baby to have a little play area. the room was designed very well and bathroom was clean and functional. the heated floor was such a added luxury to the room and comfort. for the price and room we will definitely be coming back. staff was also very friendly, as well as the cleaners. we didn't dine at the restaurant but the food did look amazing from passing. looking forward to coming back!

Cons:

This is more of personal taste but the bed was a little too soft. specially with baby in bed, felt like we were sinking into each other. beds were still comfortable but this was a little tricky for us.

Pros:

The beds were very comfy and food purchased at restaurant was top notch.
Great shower, good temp. Air con was great.

Cons:

Did not realise it was a few rooms attached to a pub.
There are many steps and no lift as its an older property.
Pillows were very high and hard.
Dirty wall in bathroom. Looks like someone has thrown something at the wall.
No incidentals such as iron or hair dryer or microwave.
No cleaning of rooms or towels. I was there about 5 days.
Could hear noise from outside party and can as also hear front door downstairs banging as people come in and out in the evening.
Not very friendly I am a senior and I found myself being ignored for other younger patrons when in the restaurant.
Was not offered any help to get my bag up the stairs.
Probably a good enough place to crash after drinking in the bar but not a Boutique hotel.
Was disappointed I found myself there.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Waggon Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. We also really enjoyed the food and appreciated the quality and generous portions.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We'd highly recommend the Waggon Hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, friendly service, and a relaxing stay.

Pros:

Location met our needs. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating which was very welcome as the bedroom was cold.

Cons:

Room was cold - no way to increase the heating. One light wasn't working. The bedside lights could not be operated separately.

It was unfortunately only one night but it is so close to everything North Hobart has to offer.
Pros:

The whole place was fantastic. The food, the decor, the bedroom not to mention the staff. Tom was soo friendly and nothing was a problem.
