Ein weiterer Besuch Wert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ein offenes Buffet und sehr lecker. Es gab vieles zur Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Die Hotelinhaber sind auch vor Ort, deshalb war alles perfekt.

Alles war super.

Cons:

This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4-star rating. At best, it is a 2- to 3-star establishment.

I was particularly shocked by the aggressive, rude, and threatening behavior of the hotel manager. Following an issue with our reservation, instead of trying to find a solution, he told us that if we were not satisfied, he would immediately cancel our booking and that we would simply have to reserve another room in his hotel… at nearly three times the price. This reaction was all the more incomprehensible given that the receptionist had previously informed us that no other rooms were available. Such behavior, along with this complete lack of consistency and customer service, is entirely incompatible with the standards expected of a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.

Another surprising point: when we inquired about the shuttle service to a concert, we were quoted a price of €20 per person per trip. However, other guests were offered exactly the same service for €15. I would like to understand what justifies such a price difference between customers.

Finally, the room was very poorly equipped: no minibar, very few in-room facilities, only one bottle of water provided, and most concerning, a visible hole where an electrical outlet should be in the bathroom. Seeing an apparently unfinished or non-compliant electrical installation in a bathroom is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

I do not recommend this establishment and will not stay there again.
