Good location downtown
Pros:

Good location downtown, easy walking to all of the main attractions. Lawson's right next door for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff were amazing. Rooms were typical Japanese size but clean and comfortable. Laundry room was convenient and the non-smoking policy was key for us (they have a smoking room in the lobby).

Cons:

There's minimal parking at the hotel which is supposed to be first come first serve although we were told that it was full even when we saw there were spots...there's parking a half block away though and the hotel will validate it for 1800yen/24hrs. Coffee at breakfast could be better, it was just drip.

Pros:

当初予約したお部屋よりも少し広い部屋が空いたとのことでそちらを案内していただけてよかったです。
お風呂もトイレ別でしたのでゆっくり暖まることもできてよかった。
朝食なしでしたがチェックイン時に朝食付きにしてもらい、食事も美味しくいただきました。
ホテルも出来てまだ間もない？綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

Small and expensive, not close to worth its value

Not worth it

Cons:

We went during snow festival which is high season and I get it but it was extremely expensive for what it was. Small, no good amenities, you need to take out your own trash!! Also located in a central area, yes, but all near the “happy ending” clubs/nightlife/pr*st!tution area and you see weird people at night in all the nearby streets

Pros:

Tolles sehr reichliches und qualitativ sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Betten und zentrale Lage um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichen zu können
