Pros:

Location is near to Railway station and alot of shop around it

Cons:

Noises from railway start from 5am to 12pm and facilities is basic, no washing machine, cooking not allowed.

Pros:

交通很方便，老板娘很热情，附近吃的蛮多的，晚上深夜小酒馆也开到很晚，价格很合适。

Cons:

就是旁边地铁还是比较吵，晚上可能12点还能听到列车经过的声音，这一点如果能容忍的话，可以试试。

房東小姐人超好（會說中文交流完全沒問題）～附近有什麼入住的時候都會推薦，住得也非常舒服，地點更是好到沒話說，跑來跑去超方便，晚上也不用怕沒地方買東西

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

2階のお部屋でした。駅から近く、駅周辺にお店もあり便利です。バスタオルは人数×日数分あり、コップ、歯ブラシ（歯磨き粉が練り込まれている）もありました。玄関は電子錠、個室も鍵付き。チェックイン時に説明して頂けるので安心でした。個人的にチェックアウトが11時なのはありがたかったです。前日遅かったのでゆっくり寝られました。

Cons:

良くなかったと言うより今回泊まってみて自分が足りなかったなと思った物を書いておきます。フェイスタオルは洗面台に1枚のみでした。ハンドソープはないので、お風呂場のボディソープで代用しました。トイレにマットやスリッパはないので、100均で買って使いました。2回目以降の歯磨き用に歯磨き粉は必要です（持参していたから問題なしでしたが）

Pros:

The room looked great and was great value for what we paid. The host didn't speak English but we were able to communicate anyway. She sent us to an amazing local bar our first evening in Osaka

Cons:

The home stay owner cannot speak English which lead to misunderstanding with other customers. The front door was locked inside the house and I was not able to get in until someone inside to open it. The most ridiculous thing is the owner do not have the key of the front door. We shout loudly outside at 10pm until someone came out.

Room look nice and clean frankly. Location is good.But there is no rubbish bin inside the room. The most important thing is baggages are not allowed to be stored there since the owner is not staying at that house. Prepared to find a coin locker and extra money if you choose this hotel.

Pros:

從機場搭南海特急就不需轉車，直接抵達天下茶屋站
出來站後不到2分鐘就能走到住宿，位置超棒！
房間是榻榻米附衛浴，外面有微波、冰箱、洗水槽等公共區域
設備都維持得很乾淨漂亮，有提供毛巾跟洗髮、潤髮、沐浴乳、吹風機
甚至有一隻離子夾可以用！
住宿附近有商店街、商場、非常多的餐廳跟藥妝店
房東也會很熱情的跟你介紹周邊～

Cons:

車站班次到半夜12點都還在開
淺眠+早睡的人比較需要注意噪音跟震動
但對一般人來說關上窗就幾乎聽不到了

駅近
Pros:

宿泊施設は清潔感があり、オーナーさんが直接説明してくれて、親切でした。
ロケーションは駅から近く、鍵を開けたり閉めたりもスムーズにできて不安はなかったです。
宿泊施設のすぐ近くにコンビニや、ドラッグストア、100円均一もありとても便利なロケーションでした。
洗濯もできたのでありがたかったです。
