Struttura di lusso in pieno centro a Chongqing, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli dallo staff molto disponibile ad assecondare ogni richiesta. Ottima la piscina vista skyline in camera, la piccola palestra con vista skyline a disposizione di tutti e la SPA gratuita con effetto temporale (disponibile solo su prenotazione). Il personale è sempre a disposizione utilizzando WeChat.

My experience at Seya Panoramic Hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the beautiful accommodations and private swimming pool in our room to the thoughtful birthday flowers and wine they surprised me with, everything was simply amazing!

The spa room was hands down the best I have ever experienced! The service was truly top-tier and exceeded anything I have experienced during my travels around the world. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

A special thank-you to the wonderful young lady I took a picture with! Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I have included our photo because she deserves recognition for her exceptional hospitality.

The luxury, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made this experience unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, five-star experience!

Location of the hotel is perfect.

We had an amazing time. Make sure you try out everything while you are there, like the stormy spa and the bath bomb in your oversized bath tub while looking out over the lights of Chongqing. It maybe expensive by Chinese standards but compared to England where we are from you wouldn't find anything this high quality that makes you feel like a VIP. Thank you to March and the rest of the hotel staff who looked after us, they were brilliant and use WeChat to communicate so arranging for things like the free laundry service was very easy. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the center of Jiefangbei, with convenient transportation. It is very convenient to travel. Lulu's housekeeping service is very good. The room is clean and tidy, equipped with a Dyson hair dryer, the bathtub is large, and it is very photogenic.

Já estive em muito bons hotéis mas este ficou na minha lista dos top 5 um quarto que quase não existe. Mas existe.

Great location. Absolutely beautiful homes. Great service. Make sure you make reservation for storm spa in advance if time mirrors for you.

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with the service. A very special thank you to our butler, Furong, who was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. She always made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. ❤️
I would also like to give a special thank you to the two lovely ladies at reception, who I believe usually work the night shift. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but they were always incredibly kind and helpful, even helping us order food whenever we needed it. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and we really appreciated everything they did for us. 🙏

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, we felt exceptionally well looked after, and we would especially like to thank Moon and March, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely special.
The hotel itself is of the highest standard. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The view from the room was amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the large bathtub was the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
We were also very pleasantly surprised by the room amenities. We were actually glad we did not bring our own Dyson on the trip, because the hotel even provided Dyson equipment in the room. It may seem like a small detail, but it perfectly reflects how much attention is paid to guests’ comfort.
One of the most memorable moments was when the hotel found out that we were on our honeymoon. The staff prepared a lovely surprise for us and beautifully decorated our room. We were not expecting it at all, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay and our honeymoon feel even more special.
The entire hotel is elegant, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff are highly professional while also being genuinely warm and welcoming. Everything, from the quality of the room and amenities to the cleanliness and level of service, was truly outstanding.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. We will definitely remember our time here for a long time. Once again, a huge thank you to Moon and March for taking such wonderful care of us and for making our honeymoon even more special!

Everything at this hotel was exceptional. This has made it to my top hotels (and I’ve traveled quite a bit). Location was central, service/housekeeping made our stay stand out (aside from the private pool in the room of course! I don’t think anything can beat this). We had a personal housekeeper, Nuonuo, who was just the best! Whenever we needed anything we just messaged her on WeChat and she helped right away. I will definitely be staying here next time I return.
