Amazing stay at Iseya Panoramic View Flagship Chongqing. Excellent care from the staff, with a very helpful and attentive concierge who truly makes you feel looked after. Around a one-hour taxi ride from the airport. Perfect central location, close to major attractions and great spots around the city. Highly recommended.
Very nice facility. The room was very clean and had the premium feeling.
For the price, I expected better perks. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t wash more than 5 items of clothing per day. The staff at the hotel wash them for you but you’re also not allowed to get undergarments washed.
The room was amazing, we booked the biggest with the huge pool. I liked the amplifier for the music and the style of the hotel! And the view… grear view!

ISEYA Panoramic Hotel in Chongqing (Jeifangbei Flagship) exceeded all of our expectations and delivered an outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore Chongqing.
The property itself is very clean and truly luxurious, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything spotless. Having laundry service included was a huge bonus and made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.
The service was exceptional, especially the 24/7 butler service. Our experience with Kang Kang and Guo Guo was incredible. They took care of us with genuine warmth and professionalism, responding extremely quickly and assisting with every request and need throughout our stay. Requests such as deliveries, luggage support (ordering a brand new luggage bag which arrived within an hour at the last minute to alleviate the stress we experienced with our baggage), travel guidance, arrangements and room needs were met instantly and seamlessly. Their hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience.
The SPA was also a highlight—relaxing and well-managed. When we requested privacy, the staff accommodated us smoothly and professionally, which we really appreciated.
Overall, this was an excellent and very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend ISEYA Panoramic Hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing and would happily stay here again.
