Pros:

Asked for a room on the ground floor. They have arranged it immediately.

When the alloted room was not good. Asked for a room change and the receptionist gave us a different room which was good.

Cons:

Staff were rude and unresponsive at times. Our room was filled with mosquitoes and when asked for mosquito mat or coil they brought it after a long time. And the mosquito mat which the receptionist gave us wasn't even working.
