Pros:

Great location on tram route, walking distance to CBD and also pretty close to Fitzroy and Carlton. Comfortable beds and bathroom could be used if someone was in shower or toilet as those rooms fully enclosed...handy if getting ready to go out. Great Dyson hairdryer.

Cons:

Room key was kind of cardboard like and bent, which caused the plastic casing to pop off when pulling it out of room slot.

Un bel hôtel mais des déceptions !
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel qui compense certaines incompétences.
Un excellent restaurant avec une bonne carte des vins pour des tarifs corrects ( réduction de 20%).
La taille de la chambre et son design ( pas toujours pratique dans la salle de bains !).
La réception exiguë, une entrée difficilement identifiable en voiture.
Un parking est disponible à proximité immédiate avec un tarif préférentiel, élevé mais dans la norme de Melbourne .

Cons:

Une chambre avec vue sur un mur, bien qu'en étage très élevé.
Connexion impossible au Wifi.
Couloir de nage étroit et très bruyant

Stunning!
Pros:

This property is just gorgeous! The lobby has such a lovely feel, the rooms are well-designed and the bed was super comfy. Everything was immaculate. Staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Location is well-connected with a tram stop just down the street but is in a quiet area with a lovely park just opposite. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Pricey but no complaints
Pros:

Everything was very good. Friendly staff and a modern, comfortable hotel with a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

I thought I had ticked the option for inclusive breakfast and was therefore somewhat disappointed to be charged 4180 extra for 4 people. Given that, the stay was expensive and I could have found an equivalent, cheaper alternative.

Would definitely stay again next time we're in Melbourne. It would be our 'Go To' Hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and we utilized the spa pool. Handy to public transport and the rooms were very clean and also nice and quiet.

Cons:

Not 100% sold on the opaque glass wall between the bathroom and beds.
