Pros:

Great hotel room with a comfy bed, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. I’ve stayed here several times and could not fault it.

The best hotel in Melbourne
Pros:

So lucky to have picked this wonderful hotel. Every aspect was perfect. Great location, outstanding and well-trained staff, delicious breakfast, lovely pool and spa. Washer/dryer was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer than 5 nights.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room size advertised was about 330 sq ft, but when we arrived the room felt extremely small and quite different from what we expected.

The cleanliness was also not satisfactory. For two consecutive days, the bath towels provided were dirty, which was unacceptable for a hotel stay.

I hope the hotel management can improve their housekeeping standards and ensure that the room descriptions match the actual room conditions. With better attention to cleanliness and transparency, the guest experience could be much better.

Pros:

All round, Lanson Place is excellent. What a 5-star hotel should be. I loved the apartment - it was fresh, clean, and well appointed. Even the little things like the iron and ironing board were great quality. The view was superb, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well lit and clean. Very quiet, too. I would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

If I was being extremely picky, I would have liked it if the air conditioner went a little cooler, and if the bathroom layout was a little more sensible.
