Excellent amazing fantastic
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly always going out of their way to help and say hello. Staff were polite. Food was excellent fresh and good choices .
Room was amazing clean new and had everything we needed

Cons:

Nothing everything was amazing . Check in staff were great and so were the cleaning staff .

Great stay, would come again
Pros:

Super modern and clean, all the amenities you need including a microwave. Room was very quiet. King Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spotless, with all toiletries, Dyson hairdryer, robes and slippers. Really nice cafe downstairs. Would stay again.

Cons:

Only a small bit of feedback on service - There isn’t a doorman and for check in after 10pm you have to press an intercom at a door where you can’t see reception which isn’t the most welcoming. Was on the pricey side but could’ve been because Melb Marathon was the same weekend.

Very relaxing and lovely option if you like upmarket boutique
Pros:

Fresh decor, comfy bed and well equipped studio . Great location on edge of FTZ , quieter and near Fitzroy gardens . Great views . Excellent spa and gym

Clean bed for the night - not a destination in itself.

It was rated 5 star, but there was no luxury. All the amenities were there, but everything was basic

Pros:

I really liked the different lighting options in the room, it set a nice ambiance for rest.

Cons:

The room was only not quiet in the morning because of construction next door but that's understandable because that wouldn't be the norm. If however, the hotel was not full to capacity (I have no idea), then I would have preferred to be put in a room further away from the construction side.

Cons:

Over reliance on tech to access things… eg room and hotel information. Having a hard copy folder of information as well as tech QR codes would help keep things human!

Pros:

From the moment we walked in to the hotel we were welcome by the the lovely staff and made us feel very happy we chosen to stay in this hotel.
The location was very convenient to the CBD by the tram station a step away.
The rooms are very beautiful, clean and very new.

Everything was exceptional ! The staff the rooms and especially the staff. They really do genuinely take care of their customers !

Cons:

I loved the environment !

There nothing I didn’t like about the property. I would love to return here sometime in the future !
