I booked a superior studio, but they gave me a standard studio. When I asked the staff about the room size, they responded, "We already explained the room description a little while ago. What else?" The staff member was already annoyed, and when I showed them photos and explained, they insisted that they were just examples. The room I stayed in for over a month was definitely not the 42m2 I had booked. The price for this room had changed significantly over the 35-day period, but she remained steadfast. The co-working area was always locked, and the gym was also frequently locked. The cleaning staff was loud in the hallways, waking me up, and barging into my room without warning while cleaning. I've stayed in similar accommodations in several cities in Germany, but this was the most frustrating expense I've ever experienced.

Very positive we’d come again
Pros:

Good location , not too far from the center and right next to a shopping mall with a supermarket. Good facilities there’s a dishwasher and also a laundry room ( 3 euros ). Very clean apartment. We had everything that we needed: pans/plates , coffee, Smart TV, dish soap , sponge, shampoo etc . The receptionist was also very kind when we checked in. An early check in was possible for free.

Cons:

We were 2 guests but there was only 1 chair.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement, sowohl im Haus als auch draußen sehr ruhig.
Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung! Bitte auf die Bettgrößen achten!
Pros:

Moderne Apartments in ruhiger Lage - mit viel zu wenigen Steckdosen!

Cons:

Ein Doppelzimmer mit einer Bettbreite von 1,40m ist viel zu schmal und schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Das man dies dann als standard in Deutschland bezeichnet, ist eine weitere Frechheit. Nirgensowo steht bei Booking, dass die Betten zu schmal sind. Nach einer Reklamation erhielten wir ein größeres Zimmer. Aber auch hier war das Bett nur 1,60 breit, obwohl es Platz hat für ein Bett von 2,00 x 2,00m. Was läuft da schief bei Euch!
Der zunächst angebotene Parkplatz war nicht benutzbar, da daneben ein Fahrzeug so parkte und der Parkplatz insgesamt nur so breit ist, wie ein modernes und normales Fahrzeug. Die € 25,00 Haben sie aber dennoch berechnet! Wir waren maximal enttäuscht!!

Del baño salía un olor horrible a aguas negras, apenas abría la puerta el olor salía a la habitación.
La cocina no tenía extractor, habia que abrir la ventana para poder quitar el olor de comida, abrir la ventana con -5 grados no es tan agradable…

Will definitely stay here when we visit Frankfurt again.
Pros:

It was very homey. We had a modern working kitchen, ironing board, hairdryer, and washing machine with dryer. The area was in a quiet area of the neighborhood while being a short walk to the Skyline Plaza and the Messe.

Even if we arrived on a Sunday, they provided detailed instructions on how to get our keys and access the building and our room.

Cons:

I wish they had segregated trashbins in the unit. Because they require us to empty our trashbins downstairs, it would be more convenient if the bins inside the unit are easier to use for sorting.

Расплложение, чистота, большая площадь

Cons:

Очень плохая подушка и одна. Непонятно, куда выбрасывать мусор. Код для попадания в апартамент пришел поздно. Нужно хотя бы за сутки. Я сразу не нашел инструкцию в письме, как получить карточку из сейфа - нужно в письмо встроить картинки
