La habitacion gigante las camas grandes y comodas con tiendas y un family mart al lado
Las recepcionistas no hablan NADA de ingles y llegas al pais y no entiendes nada todas las apps de tu movil no funcionan y no ayudan, solo tienen un movil traductor y nunca entienden nada es super frustrante
I booked apartmant in this hotel, and showed up after two hours driving with busea and metro. They told me that they dont have free rooms and they forget to take it out of booking. So it was 8:30pm with heavy rain outside. So they offered me “same” room but in hotel 14km from center which i declined. So after two hours they found “good room” near. It was the worst hotel i ever saw in my life. So they didnt wanna pay for my taxi and its their mistake. They were arrogant speaking only chinese. The next day i paid taxi again and they let me wait for hour to have my room free…. Next three nights it was very loud and i couldnt sleep. Dont book this hotel!!!!

The daily cleaning and the two night staff ladies.
The day time staff were so rude, couldn’t even have a conversation with them without them gossiping about you in Chinese (fyi, I studied Chinese for a year so I understand a bit so be careful when you gossip about guests!!!)!
This hotel is adjacent to Shanghai University. It is at a very convenient location where you can find many restaurants and grocery shops. The subway Line-1 station is just 15-minute walking distance.
The hotel room is very clean, so is the bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi speed is super fast.
The staff are very nice and friendly. They’re always happy to answer any questions and to help you for your staying.
I’d highly recommend this hotel!
Very disappointed with this stay. There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel, and it was especially noticeable in the room. The smell made it uncomfortable to rest and enjoy the stay. I expected a clean and comfortable environment but unfortunately had a very poor experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to people sensitive to cigarette smoke.

I booked a room two months before my trip. I received confirmations and booking reminders. But when I arrived at the hotel from the airport at night, the receptionist told me there had been some kind of error and my reservation was gone. We communicated through a translator, and I still couldn't really understand what the problem was, considering I had a confirmed reservation. Ultimately, Booking.com considers my stay at the hotel a success and is sending me emails asking me to rate it.
I liked the way it looked on booking.com, however -They did not recognize the booking.com reservation. I made the reservation 1 month in advance, when I arrived they told me they never saw it. This hotel does not communicate with booking.com at all -so I had to find another hotel at the last minute. Terrible experience.
They never saw my reservation, even though booking.com sent me 3 "welcome" messages saying the property is excited for me to stay there. When I arrived, the property had no idea about my reservation through booking.com.

Не рекомендую выбирать эту гостиницу, при нашем заселении оказалось что наши номера проданы другим людям, а наше бронирование на booking. Com они не празнование, даже при наличие подтверждённой брони и переписки с этой же гостиницей. Персонал грубый, гостиница обманщиков, нам пришлось вызывать полицию, . Если не хотите быть обманутыми и оказаться на улице в Шанхае , пролистайте эту гостиницу. Думаю система booking. Com должна принять меры в отношении их и размещения объявлений для туристов. Одним словом мошенники.
