Pros:

Замечательный, дружелюбный персонал, на все наши вопросы, отвечали, помогали. В номере уборку проводили ежедневно, меняли полотенца, докладывали чай, ставили воду бесплатно. Если нужно постирать, в отеле есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Отдыхали вдвоем с дочерью, очень понравилось!!!

Cons:

Можно было бы добавить завтраки, но с учетом, что рядом много мест питания, проживание без завтрака не портило наш отдых.

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 3 nuits dans cet établissement (du 31/12 au 03/01) à Shanghai, un mois auparavant.
Le jour de notre arrivée, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune chambre de libre et que nous devions nous trouver un autre hôtel ! C'est tout simplement inadmissible !!! Nous avions reçu une confirmation de notre réservation et nous n'avons clairement eu aucune explication. Pire cela semblait amuser le gérant de l'hôtel.
Nous avons dû insister lourdement afin qu'il nous trouve un autre établissement car la faute lui revenait. Nous avons donc dormi dans un hôtel avec un surplus de 700 yuans. C'est le gérant qui nous a conduit jusqu'à ce nouvel établissement.
Nous lui avons également demandé de nous payer le taxi jusqu'à ce nouvel hôtel car après tout nous en avions déjà payé un pour arriver jusqu'à chez lui. Il a carrément refusé en nous disant que c'était nous qui avions choisi de dormir dans ce nouvel hôtel. Or nous n'avons pas eu le choix puisque c'est lui qui n'a pas honoré sa parole.
Bref, tout ça pour dire que nous avons fait tout notre voyage en passant par booking, tout s'est très bien passé dans tous les hôtels avec des gérants accueillants et charmants sauf celui du "Orient Rose International Hôtel".
Il a eu une attitude parfaitement scandaleuse et moqueuse.
