La ubicación es estupenda, muy cerca de la salida sur de la estación de Shinjuku. El baño termal artificial está bien, pero no esperes algo sorprendente. Lo que sí me sorprendió fue la cantidad de productos de cuidado corporal que ofrecían gratis (y las maquinillas de afeitar son buenísimas). La zona común de esparcimiento era amplia, con comida básica gratis y barra libre de refrescos y alcohol también... impresionante. Las cápsulas tienen el tamaño adecuado para descansar y la limpieza es en general muy buena en todas las instalaciones. Huéspedes tanto japoneses como extranjeros, de todas las edades. Hay pijamas cómodos y toallas sin límite. Si buscas un lugar céntrico a menor precio que un hotel convencional o si quieres probar la experiencia de un hotel cápsula en Japón, este sitio es una buena opción.
La zona de las taquillas (planta baja) es muy estrecha y no tiene asientos. Es bastante incómodo tener que abrir y cerrar la maleta ahí para dejar tus cosas, entre los otros huéspedes, con las cosas desparramadas por el suelo. Además, las cápsulas están en las plantas superiores y para moverse solo hay ascensores, así que es lento bajar hasta abajo para acceder a tus cosas desde tu cápsula.
La puerta de cada zona de cápsulas tiene un sistema de cierre lento, pero al terminar de cerrarse pega un golpe que molesta al dormir, con el entrar y salir de los huéspedes. Además, poca gente cumple la norma de quitarse las zapatillas al entrar en la zona silenciosa, así que acaba habiendo ruido de pisadas todo el tiempo. También, la luz de la zona podría ser un poco más tenue. Entiendo que la ubicación es excelente, pero para ser un hotel cápsula sin mucha privacidad creo que el precio podría ser un poco más ajustado.
Все було чудово , в готелі чисто на є всі зручності . Є сніданки та вечері і в продовж дня є напої та і алкоголь . Дуже сподобалась зона спа . Чудове розташування біля залізничної станції та метро

The removal of slippers near and there and use their slippers for hygiene. This is ok but sometimes bit hard to follow through this process

Everything was very good; there wasn't anything in particular that I liked more.
The only thing I didn't like was that during my 5-night stay, my capsule was never cleaned; I asked at reception on day 2. They told me I had to let them know if I wanted it cleaned, to which I said yes, but they never did. That's all; everything else was spotless and wonderful.
