Minuscule bath & sauna; you have to take the lift for a shower; too many written instructions (even for Japanese standards), many of which were blatantly ignored; smelly capsule ward; cramped no-frill capsules. luggage storage far from capsule; overpriced.

人多嘈雜，缺乏私人空間。床一轉身會發岀聲音怕會影響其他人。
Really great experience at this capsule hotel! Staff was nice and friendly, there was a full floor with free drinks (coffee and soft drinks at all times, alcohol in the evening) and food. The beds were comfy and with very decent privacy.. Of course, you might hear noises from your neighbors, but if you're sensitive, earplugs are provided. Actually, everything is provided, at no extra cost (except laundry).

Only negative I could say is my pod was a little hot the first night. There was a fan with a USB but I needed it to charge my phone. But slept fine anyway
