快適でしたの次回も宿泊します
Pros:

スタッフの方々が常に動き回り、各種補充を行なっていた。日本人スタッフは少なかったが、日本語がを喋る事が出来る外国人スタッフばかりなので問題無し。

Cons:

寝室カプセル内が春先でも暑かった。室内扇が備え付けてあったが、USBの電源が無かった為に使用出来なかった。
また、ラウンジのフードコーナーでお客様が盛り付け時にこぼしている事が多々発生していた。お盆が分かりづらい場所においてあり使用している人がいなかった。お盆を丼類と同じ場所に置けば使用する様になるのでは。

Much more than a hostel
Pros:

Value for Money and Location is key for the place, unfortunatly i didnt make use of the free breakfast or diner but its right in the beart of shinjuku and comes with access to a sauna, an Onsen, free drinks every night and theres also a free massage chair. Would 100% stay again, reccomend to all solo travellors

Cons:

Open showers arnt really my thing but everyone minds there buisness. I just wish they could do somthing about the luggage situation, very inconvinient the way its all set up.

Very good location, lot of freebies
Pros:

Very conveniently located near Shinjuku station. The capsule was comfortable, not very claustrophobic like I had expected (thankfully). The onsen facilities are nice and kept clean. The common area with all the free food, drinks, massage chair etc. is a blessing. There wasn't much of a social atmosphere, but that's something usual for Japanese hostels.

Cons:

Packing my luggage was a bit of a struggle in the locker room. Would appreciate if they can have a few tables so one can spread things and pack easily - specially helpful when one has to pack before a flight, haha.

Great location. Clean place. Attentive staff. Two thumbs up.
Pros:

✅ Location superb—5 min walk from Shinjuku Station
✅ The Extras were great—Lots of FREE stuff: free toothpaste and tooth brush, free access to lotions and colognes, free breakfast, free dinner, free snack time with drinks
✅ Sleeping quarters were clean and comfy (I slept in the Supreme capsules, adequate enough to slip in at night and sleep and slip out to go explore during the day)
✅ Staff was available and helpful
✅ Spa was nice. A dunk in the hot tube after a long day, a few minutes in the steam room, a plunge in the cold shower… all good.
✅ Washer and (Electric) Dryers—convenience

Cons:

It’s basically a Hostel on the high end. That’s not a bad thing. Just don’t expect it to not be like a Hostel.
I was not a fan of the breakfast offering—BUT ITS FREE AND LOTS OF PEOPLE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT EVERY MORNING. (I visited the 7Eleven on my way to where ever)

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, direkt im Zentrum von Shinjuku.

Cons:

Es wird Nachst sehr warm in den Pods, wenn man den Vorhang zu macht. Wenn man das nicht macht hat man keine Privatsphäre.
Mir hat die Stimmung insgesamt nicht gefallen.
Das Personal war unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit.
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt verkürzt.

Idéal pour de courts séjours
Pros:

C'était un expérience très fun, les services sont super avec chaise de massage, nouille et boisson à disposition et le onsen.

Cons:

Il ne faut pas un voisin de capsule qui ronfle

BBB bueno bonito y barato
Pros:

Lo mejor sin duda es el spa… llegar cansado y poder relajarte es lo mejor que tiene.
También es excelente tener bebidas y ramen en las noches.

Cons:

Deberían ser mas amables con las estadías largas. Quise extender un par de noches mi estadía y el costo era casi el doble de lo que figuraba en internet.
