Comfortable, clean and a good location just off Brick Lane. The pods are spacious and comfortable and I enjoyed the shower.
A pleasant night's sleep, in a great spot for the City of London/Whitechapel.
The main issue is the disposable nature of everything. Disposable bedding, towels, toothbrush etc. It's a real shame as proper towels and bedding would make this my 'no frills' regular place to stay for a night when in London for work.

Door access was complicated.
I was so pleasantly surprised by this experience, it was a new and unusual way to stop over in London, however it's exceptional value for money. Toiletries included, access to clean and modern facilities.

Clean and well setup
Really good communication from the team. The place was clean and the capsule was novel and good value for money. It felt very secure and safe. Simple and very convenient self check in process.
The bed for me was a bit too hard and it was quite warm in the capsule despite the air conditioning being on full whack. Only one shower and two toilets so you do have to factor this in when wanting to get up and ready for the day.
Exactly location for Underground, the guests have always been respectful.
Could do with more than 1 pillow.
LED lights on the panel, if you're using the fan during your sleep, are very bright. So I always end up having to cover them.

As a lone traveller I didnt feel safe.the capsule was stuffy and hot the noises from people in the same room scared me
Great location, cheap and cheerful, not crowded (only 12 bed dorm in total), good facilities.
Top bunk get really warm, even with fan on max, could barely sleep. Bottom bunk is much more pleasant.
