Fantastic idea, brilliantly executed and super good value
Pros:

Superb value. I like the concept of capsule hotels and this one does it excellently. I will say that it is consistently more expensive than others in London but the capsules are slightly roomier with a couple of little shelves which are very useful. I really like that you enter them from the middle as opposed to the bottom so don’t have to clamber up the bed. Obviously you can’t guarantee this but other guests were super respectful and quiet. I really like the area. Super close to Spitalsfield and very nice restaurants etc. Shower was good and hot with decent power. Communications were excellent. There is also a little safe in the pod - no instructions on how to access that but understand you just need to ask which I will do next time. The spacious co-working space and kitchen is fantastic.

Cons:

Although pods are great, it is 1 shower between 12 which is not the best for this concept in London (others are 8-10) although TBF it was not an issue. I think the pods are supposed to have a little drop down table but it looks like they’ve been removed or broke which is a shame as that would be super useful.

Pros:

There weren’t many pods so it was fairly quiet. They provided toothbrush, toothpaste and shower-gel, so very convenient when packing light.

Cons:

I stayed in a heatwave and the pod got very warm. The fan inside is very loud and has bright lights, so can disturb your sleep.

Perfect stay for 1 night in Spitalfields
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect, right around the corner of bricklane and spitalfields market. We had a lot of fun hanging around the area shopping and eating. The capsules themselves are alright, though they are made of plastic and not completely soundproof, I had a good night sleep in them and did not once wake up from noise. Everyone kept really quiet during the quiet hours. The pods are well ventilated although I did feel the air was quite dry inside. Storing option in the lockers is fine, there is also a mini locker in the pod. The TV in my pod did not work but I did not really use it so I did not get around to checking with the staff. The space is clean and well kept, its small and its basically just 1 area where the pods and the kitchen / common area is. I made some good use of the massage chair which was a nice bonus. Note are the one time use sheets, I did not think they were very comfortable and would opt for the clean washed sheets next time ( these can be added for a fee)

Cons:

Standard sheets that are included are not super comfortable. The upgrade is 5 pounds and I would definitely consider this for next time.

Overall, I'm very happy with this property and I would absolutely stay there again!!
Pros:

The capsules themselves are spacious and quite comfortable! I was in one of the top capsules and while I am INCREDIBLY clumsy and expected the steps to be difficult, they weren't too bad.
The kitchen is well stocked - tea, coffee, and sugar is available. Because the tea and coffee was there, I was surprised there were no milk sachets BUT there's a small store right across the road (literally 1 minute walk by Google Maps standards) so it wasn't a huge issue. There's a fridge, cutlery, cups, and a microwave. The lockers assigned to each capsule have slippers and are spacious. I stayed for 3 nights with one backpack so I didn't have a whole pile to store, but it looked capable of holding a regular small rolling cabin bag no problem.
The capsule lights are adjustable with colour changing options, separate on off switches, and separate reading lights. There are 2 USB ports, one C, one standard, a headphone jack for the TV, two hangers, small shelves, and a lap tray that has fold out legs. I did not use the TV so cannot comment on it. The last thing is that they come with sealed earplugs, a dental kit, sealed headphones, and a towel. The setup is generous and covers all bases!
The property also sent very helpful videos and information ahead of time explaining exactly how to use their reception free set up.

Cons:

On my third night, the mattress did feel a small bit thin. Capsules are not soundproofed, which was okay most of the time but be warned that if you're a side sleeper especially, you might hear the capsule below you.
The building is smaller than expected but this is not a problem really - it was just a surprise!

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Soggiorno Smart&Go
Pros:

Gets the job done
Pros:

The pod was long enough for me (I'm 192cm tall). The location is good and check-in was easy. Very minimal and not social but had everything I needed.

Cons:

There isn't really a place to keep your towel where it can dry without the cleaner taking it away.
