Colazione non come da sito immagini fasulle brioches dure come il marmo
Camere rotte, la finestra e la porta del bagno non si chiudevano e camera sopra la lavanderia che in funzione tutta la notte non permetteva di dormire
Non hanno mai rifatto la camera, si siamo state tre notti io e mia figlia di 10 anni e non mi aspettavo il cambio degli asciugamani ovviamente ma neanche fare il letto dai e cosa ho pagato alla fine
Niente phon.... Vabbè l'ho portato da casa ma mi sono dimenticata la presa doppia e quando abbiamo chiesto in reception non ne avevano, ma puoi avere le cose contate in un albergo.....

Lo sconsiglio e non ci metterò più piede

Pros:

Mi sono trovato davvero bene
Alla reception sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione o necessità, pronti ad aiutare in ogni momento.
Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono molto puliti e curati, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo.
Inoltre la posizione è ottima l’hotel si trova vicino al centro, quindi è comodissimo per muoversi a piedi e visitare la città. Consigliato!

Pros:

Nein hat uns nicht gefallen, beim schlechten Wetter Fenster undicht läuft Wasser Zimmer und Badezimmer Habe Handtücher selbst gewischt und Zimmer auch. Habe Personal bescheid gesagt aber kümmert nicht. Auch nicht mal Bettwäsche und neue Handtücher bzw duschtücher.
