I was looking forward to staying here but was disappointed in the end.
Pros:

Apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchenette and equally well equipped bathroom. Bed was reasonably comfortable and the location is great for me as I have relations just a few 100m away.

Cons:

The check-in process didn't work and after a long day of travelling, it was frustrating to have to phone the helpline and to read out my credit card details in public. Booking.com tell me that I have to pay VR Apartments directly but no one asked me for any payment and my booking.com confirmation which required a valid credit card, stated that payment would be taken on first day of visit. I'm trying to find out what went wrong here. I have used Booking.com for several years now and this is first time I have had this experience.
No instructions regarding the air conditioning and there didn't seem to be any way of turning off the fan which was quite loud and persisted even after I turned off the air conditioning.
Although the kitchenette was well equipped with appliances, only a single espresso style cup was provided ie no other cups. I suggest supplying a mug.
My card did not provide access to the common room.

Prima schoon en ruim appartement, voor prima prijs. Automatische check-in laat te wensen over.
Pros:

Prachtig nieuw en schoon appartement met prima bedden en keukentje voor een zeer redelijke prijs.

Cons:

Wij arriveerden in donker en moesten zoeken naar de ingang, een bordje naar de ingang zou een verbetering zijn. En de geautomatiseerde incheck werkte niet goed. Gelukkig spreken we goed Duits en konden we na telefonisch contact naar binnen via een noodpasje na zo'n 20 minuten.

Pros:

Das Ein- und Auschecken hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Ruhige Lage. Gute Anbindung um mit dem Bus nach Würzburg zu kommen.

Wenn der Check in funktionieren würde, dann wäre es ein super Apartment.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Appartment und piccobello sauber

Cons:

Der Check in funktioniert nicht wirklich, wenn ich nachts müde im Regen angekommen wäre, wäre ich sicherlich ausgerastet.
Es hat insgesamt 3 Telefonate gebraucht mit 2 freundlichen und, finale, mit einer unfreundlichen Dame..
Ich hatte meinem Geschäftspartner die Apartments ebenfalls empfohlen; er war am Vortag angekommen und hatte exakt um 17:00 die gleichen Probleme gehabt.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir hatten sogar 2 Räume.

Pros:

Alles hat perfekt mit den online check-in geklappt. Die Wohnung war größer wie zuvor (bin her in diesen Apartments öfters). Sehr empfehlenswert
