Overall it was a nice experience in the hotel and the services provided were nice and well managed.
Pros:

Everything was well managed, the staff were well behaved and friendly. Apart from this the view from the hotel was beautiful and the Restaurant food was also nice.
And for the once who are visiting the pashupatinath temple, for them this hotel would be a nice pick as the temple is just 4-5 minutes of walking distance.
Overall they were a nice host and attended us nicely.

Cons:

All the things were good but the only problem we faced was with the hot water in washroom but i think that wasn't the fault of hotel because we decided to go to the temple in morning by 5 Am so we wake up early by 4:15 Am, but when we didn't got the hot water for bath we called the staff and we came to know that the hot water system was preset to 6 Am for everyone as not many vistor go this early to the temple.
Although we some how managed so not a big issue.

Very homely and great staff !
Pros:

Staffs were very hospitable and were always available to ensure comfortability. David was always there to ensure a smooth stay. The food at the rooftop restaurant was very good. Enjoyed our stay !
