Generally, my stay was okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

The ambience of the reception. Looked more like a guest house. Paper and books not properly arranged at the Reception. Empty sanitizer bottle at the reception which I removed but was returned to the same position when I returned downstairs. My question was what is an empty sanitizer bottle doing at the reception desk?

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was neat and well done. The staff was polite, and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom tiles for the bathroom downstairs were hideous. Also, some of the rooms smelled musty. It should be aerated more.

Could have been much better.
Pros:

It was not difficult to find. Food is not pricy.

Cons:

Their room service. Hotel staff is not very responsive and helpful. My AC was leaking water into the room. I find it difficult to believe that this is something they did not know about.

When I informed the staff about this the next morning they did apologize.

I did not like anything in this hotel. They stated it was an apartment, but it wasn't. It was a hotel. I forgot my sandal in the room that I brought from London. I called the hotel more than 6 times, with staff promising to call me back, but there was no call back to date. I just gave up.
