Worst Experience in my 13Yrs of journey
Pros:

It was clear but the single rooms are too much suffocation and congested in fact no ventilation available.

Cons:

The breakfast was included in Bill but not served however during the check in Mr. Diganta Taki was in reception Date 02.07.2026 time approx 6
30 PM (Evening) I told him about my bus time table at 9.30 AM on 03.07.2026 so I asked him at what time the breakfast would be served and he informed me from 8.30AM onwards and I even requested to serve the breakfast in my room and he said cleverly Ok.

And I waited till 9.10 AM but it was not served at all & this is how they waste the of mine as well as of others.

The Management issue, i hope.

Good and clean need improvement in breakfast and services.
Pros:

Reception team ask to take invoice bill from booking.com need training to handle guest... Else owner will be loosing business..

Cons:

Would definitely prefer this for future stay undoubtedly.

New one but a good one in that Area.
Pros:

New hotel clean and beautiful.Best wishes and expecting some changes .

Cons:

301 Room not recommended to stay .. Bathroom is risky and small to use.
Breakfast need some improvement in serving and items.Some changes will surely make a good hotel along with dealing staff. 8 AM kitchen start before that u depend on outside...
