I have stayed here before and I came back. I didn’t like seeing people who weren’t guests hanging around the lobby and dining area being nosy and noisy.

Pros:

The hotel was oñe of the best I had been to in Nigeria. I plan to continue lodging there in the future. I enjoyed their swimming pool and the service was superb. The video intercom was an excellent feature for one's safety. Thanks for the excellent service.

Pros:

I booked for a Deluxe room at Watercress Signature. Upon check-in the front desk clerk checked me into a room that I did not book at the old building. I don’t know what gave her that brilliant idea to place me where I did not book. She claimed that she placed me in the old building because the room is bigger. I dont understand.

Pros:

Where do I start. I asked for a cleaning the 2 nd day and didn’t get one at night I noticed a bug infestation in my room and called for my room to be sprayed. I waited out in the lobby for that. I also noticed that underneath the bed is covered in dirt and dust mites that might have accumulated over years
