Totally avoid this scam
Cons:

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Totally bad experience, we booked this and it got confirmed, when we arrived on the property there was no one to check in, no one answers on the phone given, no one answers via chat in booking, no way to contact the property owner. We had to book another place in the last minute for the same night because we could not checkin. There are some automaticaly responses in the chat via some bot redirecting you to oyorooms.com.
