Good location, decent stay, not a value for money
Pros:

Good location, staff/service was good. They offered to view rooms and choose, and when requested to make some changes then the staff was courteous to accept the request and do so.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t clean. Found small cockroaches in all rooms we visited before choosing. The property is under renovation that might be cause of cockroaches. Some rooms have water leakage (external walls) causing fungi on walls.
We selected “Standard Double room with Fan”but the pictures shown on booking.com are for “Suite” room. It doesn’t have the additional sofa bed.
