The hotel corridor was not quiet late at night. This is related to the other guests staying at the hotel, but the management should pay more attention to this

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. So I have been woken up in the middle of the night from my sleep by the night shift receptionist (Yakup) with a warning to urgently remove my car from where I parked in the hotel garage, claiming that my car is blocking the way for the other clients’ cars. In fact when I parked the car the receptionist who checked-us in, and the bellboy who picked the luggages from the car have seen where I parked the car and said nothing about wrong parking and I even made sure with them if my car is parked well. But this night guy claimed the other workers are wrong. So I had to get up from my bed and go to the garage, and there was no other car waiting for me, there were not even a single car besides mine. And from the space behind my car literally a tank could pass. And there was no lanes on the floor neither a sign to show where must be parked. He could’t give me a logical reason why should I remove my car in the middle of the night. As a result from going out to the cold garage from my bed in the middle of the night, my sleep has been ruined and I could’t fall asleep back that night, which I had to wake up at 7 am to continue my trip to other city. The staff unproffesionalism of this hotel basically ruined all my trip. I had a very uncomfortable night in a city where I was travelling for the first time.

Parkplätze standen wie bereits erwähnt kostenfrei zur Verfügung allerdings nur eine begrenzte Anzahl, sodass man außerhalb des Hotels parken musste, wenn keine mehr verfügbar waren. Die Türen/Wände sind etwas „dünn“, sodass man den Flurverkehr usw. stets mitbekommt und es teilweise sehr laut war.
