Good choice for a stay in Bucharest (it's a genuine property)
Pros:

It's a spacious apartment divided into two rental flats. Unfortunately, there is no external staircase so if the other flat is rented, there will be people walking next to your bedrooms. AC is excellent except for the main bedroom where it's shared with another bedroom connected to it so it doesn't work well enough.

Cons:

Not close to the old town.
The kitchen is really makeshift and basic, no kettle, bigger pots etc. so if you're a bigger group even making breakfast is a challenge, there is not enough chairs in the kitchen either (only 4).
Don't trust google maps when driving to the property. The little street to drive into the property is at the street address.

Lots of space , water dispenser with clean fresh water , coffee machine , many options for eating food or just hang out. Comfortable beds . Affordable !!

Hmm. Not really antyhing. We had a great communication with the host and they helped us with all the necessary things.

Pros:

Good location, private entrance, pace for parking and personalized entry. The big house, with several floors, I believe during the high time these floors are rented separately, so if you're travelling with mid-size company, it might happen that you'll share the 1st floor with kitchen and big restroom with another company.

Pros:

The location is perfect, in the center of the city. The hostess was in touch with us all the time and was quick off the mark in resolving minor inconveniences. The place itself was perfectly clean, with a brand new kitchen and new furniture. Despite this, the apartment gave us the opportunity to feel the atmosphere of old Bucharest. There was a comfortable and safe parking lot for our car inside the courtyard. Thank you for the great experience and your kindness!
