It's located in a very beautiful and quiet area, with great connections to the Yamanote Line, and the bed is super comfortable too! ❤️

The train station is at 13 min walking distance but there are a lot of shops and supermarkets around

We loved how close and convinient it was and the hospitality of the host! She was lovely.

Nice size studio, has a lot of amenities, really great host also and very clean.

Price is very convenient compared to other countries. A lot of things to do around! I really loved going to eat sushi at Tenka Zushi, Koharu recommend the best places where to eat sushi and ramen.

Kahoru was extremely helpful and gave me loads of useful tips. The apartment was cosy and clean.

Koharu was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Since it was our first time in Tokyo, we had several questions, and she kindly and patiently provided all the details we needed. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Having a 7-Eleven nearby with a seating area made quick meals super convenient. The room matched the description perfectly and was comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon!

We had such a great stay at Koharu’s place! The apartment is super cozy and just the right size for two people — we felt really comfortable the whole time. We loved the projector, perfect for watching movies after a long day exploring Tokyo.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but still really convenient. Ikebukuro Station is only a short walk away, and from there it’s super easy to get to all the main areas in Tokyo. 🗼
Koharu was the best host we could’ve asked for! She was so kind and helpful, always checking in and giving us great recommendations and useful local info. It really made our trip even better.

We spent a week in the flat and it was wonderful for our trip to Tokyo. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals or breakfast. Everything was very clean. Shampoo, even conditioner, hairdryer, rubbish bags, umbrella... we wanted for nothing. The host communicated actively and is super helpful and always responds quickly. We didn't find the flat small. However, we were able to put our backpacks on the upper floor without any problems. The projector was a great extra for watching a film after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
You walk about 10 minutes to the next MRT station but then you can get to all the sightseeing spots of Tokyo very quickly. It was good for us to escape the hustle in the evening. We are very happy to recommend it.

I stayed at this studio in Ikebukuro and had such a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s in a really convenient spot! easy to get around Tokyo from here, and there are lots of nice little places to eat and explore nearby.

Koharu, the host, was honestly amazing – so kind and helpful. She gave me loads of great local recommendations that I wouldn’t have found on my own, and was always quick to respond if I had any questions

Would definitely book again next time I’m in Tokyo! :)

Convenient location, very caring and quick responses from owner

The location was great, living with the locals was a fun experience. It's also pretty close to the train station for added convenience. There was lots of signage inside in English which really helped as well.

房间挺大的，除了厕所。
有全套的厨具，瓦斯，微波炉，冰箱。
还有投影仪，可惜我们行程非常赶没机会用上。
