Cons:

Some VERY loud people in neighboring rooms.
TV setup in Russian, and nothing had been done to reset this before we as the next guests moved in. BTW telling a guest to use Google translate to solve the problem is not really the way to go

Accommodation just fine, ideally located with coffee shop and pool an added bonus.
Pros:

Ideal location. The swimming pool on the 9th floor and ground floor coffee shops were welcome additions. Rooms provided all that we needed in comfort, cleanliness and facilities. 7/11's nearby as were the BST, Metro and bus stop.

Pros:

It's our second stay here in a year and we LOVE it. Very chilled hotel in such a beautiful part of Bangkok. We are obsessed. The pool is quite and clean. The massages are wonderful!
