Cons:

The furniture here is super uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa had turned out to be a futon.That was very uncomfortable with no sheets in the closet for it, had to ask for that. My 97 yr old mom couldn't get into the bathroom with her walker because for was too narrow! It was an ok try for esthetics if that was the remodel. The pictures on the wall are awful. Very uncomfortable

Nice people, great location, big room.
Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer. They actually were my favorite part of the stay. The location is great.

Cons:

The air conditioner on our first room was under repair and they quickly moved us to another room. The second room didn’t have any nice views but was ample big. It feels a bit dated in the bathroom.

Pros:

The staff was nice, the room was clean, the outdoor areas were lovely. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Cons:

My room was right next to the loud street on the ground floor, which was a bit loud until midnight. I was also not the biggest fan of the windows on the ground floor next to the street and where people walked, but I think this was just because I was traveling alone.

Kayleigh, great service. Help me back over to the bay side after walking in for check-in.

All 4 chairs are very uncomfortable, only one small trash can.
