The garden is well maintained, rooms are clean, service is excellent, place is beautiful
Menu could have more variety, Steak is served with no sauce, eg pepper, garlic, cheese mushroom, etc, and first night I ordered chips, which was proper chips, second night I ordered chips again, I got dry oven fried chips, which doesn't belong in a establishment like that, it's not on.
Everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was superb. We were sad to go!

We were in room 6 and what an stunning room as it is north facing, spacious, neat and excellent service

Beautiful, well kept and great location
Nothing - in terms of accommodation our bedding were 2 single beds pushed together which was not so comfortable and the bed was extremely soft… but everything else was exceptional.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a cold day, the room was adequately warmed with a fire and heaters. the staff was very sweet and helpful;.

Toilet had no ventilaton
The rooms were very far from the reception. They need to have a golf cart for guests with mobility challenges.

Bathroom well lit but extremely cold, the actual shower was physically cold, Placement of shower head not ideal.
Consider packing in your bathrobes from home - it will make all the difference, especially negotiating the bathroom.
The placement of skylight in the bedroom can be troublesome, for couples looking to sleep a little later. It would be great to have the option to black it out, for late sleeping guests, the natural light during the day is lovely though.
Cozy decor ✨️ and excellent service. Dinner was also outstanding.
