Except the poor room service, stay was enjoyable

Didn’t have breakfast

Cons:

In room service was below par. We ordered oxtail, salad & cheese platter. Food was presented with 2 x Fork & Knife but there was no spoon to dish oxtail onto rice, there was no side plates for mains & cheese platter, no knives for the cheese platter. It was a very disappointing moment
