Amazing
Pros:

I really liked this hotel, the location is amazing very close to any local transport, there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby, the staff were extremely friendly and the room was beautiful! Big comfy bed and the view we had was pretty good! I liked the bathroom it was clean! If you are coming to Seoul definitely check ShinShin out, they have affordable prices and offer a great quality room! Also very safe neighbourhood, we walked freely at night and had no problems!

Cons:

Nothing everything was great!

Good location with minor nuisances
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location near Myeongdong, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and public transport within walking distance. Main tourists sites are also nearby. Despite this, it's a quiet location so you can sleep well.
The room was quite large and the bed was big.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft and the shower/bathtub was cracked and was a bit grimy around that area. No bathroom door (but that's very common in Korean hotels).

Pros:

店員さんが日本語で対応してくれた、15:00チェックインだが12:00に行っても準備が終わっていたとのことて無料でアーリーチェックインをさせてくれた

Cons:

部屋が暑すぎます。暖房を切っても窓を開けても暑すぎて困りました。床暖房の熱気がすごいです。

Very quiet and convenient but very toasty
Pros:

The location is great, it's very nice to just walk around and have access to the city while still being in a very quiet street. The hotel is nice and clean, the design is modern and cozy with a shared space for tea and coffee. The Wifi is great and the bedroom has a very peaceful vibe. The staff was very friendly and helped me getting a delivery.

Cons:

It's hard to manage the temperature of the room. The central heating from the floor is very hot, it's ok when outside dropped to -12C but when outside was around 0C, it was way too hot.
Also the bed is on the very firm side.

最高でした！また利用したいです。
Pros:

立地が素晴らしい。明洞も徒歩圏内。
またスタッフの方の対応も大変親切で助かりました。
地下にあるラウンジがとても使い勝手が良かったです！

Cons:

お風呂の作りが少し変わっている点は少し驚くかも。
あとはベッドが少し硬め？
