Exceptional hotel in Seoul
Pros:

Everything ! A great area, very convenient location and not loud or busy but still lots of amenities, very comfortable rooms, lots of space and great accomodating staff! We will stay again for sure and we are thinking about our next trip already!

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente, la stanza grande e comoda. Lo staff è stato molto gentile: visto che al nostro arrivo a Seoul avremmo proseguito verso Busan ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli fino al giorno della prenotazione. Inoltre abbiamo dimenticato alcuni articoli in camera e sono stati molto disponibili a predisporre insieme a noi la spedizione internazionale.

Good stay, but check the issues don't bother you
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, great service to leave luggage before/after checking in/out.

Cons:

Location is ok, but travelling from City Hall subway requires isolated, narrow roads which felt less safe if travelling alone at night. Door to toilet, but no door to shower in the room we had so one person restricted in movement while the other was showering/changing.

Great hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

This hotel was in a brilliant location close to buzz of the Myeongdong night markets and very close to public transport, but still nice and quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were terrific. Would definitely stay here again.
