まったり温泉に浸かれた
Pros:

駐車場付き、駅近い、別館に泊まって、まったりくつろいだ。お風呂も一時間近く、ゆっくりくつろげた。

Centrally located amd thoroughly enjoyable!!
Pros:

Location to the train station. Rooms were very clean and had comfy beds. Staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

No tattoos allowed in onsen.

I liked everything.
The staff was kind and accommodating, the onsen was well maintained, the room comfortable although small and the breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

Very brand new. Excellent spacious rooms and has that as-new feeling. Cute pyjamas. Right at the beautiful ( recently renovated) station.

Oh and the staff are 5 stars.

Cons:

Outdoor bath out-of-order :(

It’s at the pricier end of the spectrum for rural Japan …….

Unhelpful manager, poor breakfast, breakfast dining room lacked hygiene and was small and cramped

Excellent location next to the railway station.

Cons:

The lack of hand sanitisation in the breakfast dining room was a concern. This issue was compounded by the cramped space in the breakfast dining room, and lack of space between the tables made it difficult to move around. Of the 10 hotels we stayed in Kyushu, the breakfast in this hotel was the worst. The unhelpful manager refused our request for an extra suitcase stand. This was the first hotel in Kyushu where our request was denied.

有田焼を見て回る旅の拠点に最適
Pros:

有田陶器市に行くため宿泊しました。
武雄温泉駅にほぼ直結していて大変便利なロケーション。一日重い荷物を持って歩き回って駅に着いて、このロケーションと大浴場の存在は本当にありがたかったです。
武雄温泉駅からは有田・上有田駅へは臨時列車もあってか10-15分くらい、博多との間は1時間ちょっとと陶器を見て回る旅の拠点として最適と感じた。
合理的で気兼ねなく過ごせるビジネスホテル的な雰囲気でしたが、ツインの部屋は非常に清潔で隣室の音も気にならず、買ってきた陶器を広げて荷物整理するのに十分な広さでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、色々とご配慮や案内を頂きました。
早朝6:00から大浴場が開いており、6:30から朝食をとって、また朝イチから陶器を見て回ることが出来ました。
次回有田の陶器を見て回る際にも是非宿泊したいと思います。
