The security guard was very friendly and tried his best to help. The location was not bad. There was hot water.

Took ages to check in even though there was no line.

First room stunk of smoke and was dirty.

Another room was offered. It also smelled of smoke, but not as bad. The bathroom tap was broken. The room was dirty. The bed was not comfortable. WiFi did not work. No soap was provided.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

If I had arrived at the accomodation earlier, I would have made a plan to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, I arrived in the evening and there was no time to find somewhere else.

When I complained to the owner/manager, he said that they "do not allow smoking". I asked for a full refund. He said that they do not give refunds. I submitted a cancelation request and then he offered a 50% discount. I asked for a full refund and in exchange, I would not leave a review or the review would be slightly better on account of his helpfulness. He said that he would no longer offer a refund as he doesn't like threats and proceeded to threaten me by saying that "reviews can be done both ways". I look forward to his review. He was rude in how he handled the situation. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

It’s perfect for one night stay, it’s clean and the reviews are harsh. The place really is good.
Pros:

Very close to the hospital which is where I needed to be (4 min drive to be exact).
Honestly the reviews are really harsh for this place - it really was good. It was clean and had everything you need. WiFi was good. Tv worked fine. Driver the receptionist was very helpful. My only criticism would be the breakfast really isn’t great. It’s perfect for the night.
