THE BOOKING WAS EASY. LOCATION ALL GOOD.

Cons:

TV WAS NOT WORKING, NO REMOTE IN THE ROOM. NO MILK FOR COFFEE, HAD A VISITOR MANAGED TO OPEN MY DOOR FROM OUTSIDE.
BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED IN MY STAY WHEN I ASKED THEY COULD NOT CONFIRM AND I DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO SIT DOWN AND CONFIRM BRAEKFAST. NOBODY AT THE MAIN GATE BUT DID NOT WAIT LONG FOR HELP.

Pros:

The place as a whole was awesome, very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Cons:

On the day I was checking out, I ordered breakfast, and it took long, it was really wonderful though. The plate was ice cold as a result the food got cold extremely quickly. It would be appreciated if that could be addressed and improvement shown
