Very peaceful, clean, and safe place with kind staff.
Pros:

The atmosphere felt very safe and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Plus the staff went out of their way to help us when my friend fell sick. I truly appreciate their assistance.

清潔、綺麗、新しい、大浴場もあって良い。

Cons:

隣の方のいびきがうるさい。コンセントがベットより上にあり短いケーブルだとスマホの充電ケーブルが足りず困った。

Clean place and helpful staff with a stiff mattress and annoying adapter rules.
Pros:

It was very clean and stylish. Easy to find with all the signs around. There are free amenities like pajamas, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast was tasty, staff were helpful. When I lost my glasses the staff helped look for them and told me they would email me if they found them.

Cons:

With only one elevator it's hard to get between floors, and the button to go down was disabled on my floor, so I had to go to the front desk first. They don't allow you to use your own adapters and don't have one that fits American 3-prong, only various European ones. The mattress on the bed was very stiff, pretty much like sleeping on a board. I know that Japanese people generally like stiff mattresses, but that seems a bit much.
