スリッパは、使い捨てのものにしていただたきたかった。（他人の使用感が）

ライブでベースアンプをもう少し大きいものにしていただかないと、奥の方のお客さんに聞こえませんでした。

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, schöne Zimmer, ein wunderbarer Onsen

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant ist eher mittelmässig. Wir haben das Hotel einige Monate vor der Reise gebucht, nach Ablauf der Stornofrist hätte es etwa die Hälfte gekostet. Das ist im Prinzip ok, es bleibt aber das Gefühl zu viel bezahlt zu haben.

Een relaxed hotel
Pros:

Mooie kamers goed en vriendelijk personeel de onzen en vlak bij de golfbaan.

Cons:

De golfbaan hoort bij het zelfde complex maar wat een ellende om er op te komen nog afgezien van de prijs.
En bij het buffet wordt er mondjesmaat bij gevuld zodat je vaak mispakt.

Pros:

The property looked amazing and the staff very helpful.
The hotel room was clean and the bathroom was a little small.
The shuttle bus to and from Odawara train station was convenient and worked well.
The indoor/ outdoor Onsen was both excellent and relaxing.
While there are a few restaurants nearby, options are limited within easy walking distance and they close early.
There was nowhere to casually have a drink as the bar only opens from 9-10:30pm which was quite restrictive.
Overall a nice property

The scenery is beautiful, I loved having breakfast and looking at the beautiful mountains. It is also pretty close to Ashi lake.

Cons:

So the address for the property given by booking.com was the wrong address.
I think it was for the country club side of the property not the hotel side and when I put the address into maps it took us to the wrong side. So because of that we took the wrong bus and got off at the wrong stop, and got lost, long story short, we called the hotel and the staff was very helpful and we were able to get to the hotel after a 2k walk.
