The staff were excellent and very helpful. The restaurants were good and the communal areas were well maintained.
The room was crying out for refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. I am aware this has already started in some rooms.
There was a large function held at the hotel. This meant we lost the use of the lovely garden and a restaurant for most of our stay. This was really unfortunate.
Well positioned for tours
Poor taxi and travel connections. They were charging me 1300/- on a journey that was 300/- with other carriers. This nearly made me late for my connection, I should have asked much earlier.

Food And Room basin not work properly and gallary not clean
אנחנו מטיילים בהודו לא מעט שנים, התארחנו בהמון מלונות טובים וזה המלון הטוב מכולם!!! גן עדן קטן ושליו שתענוג אמיתי לחזור אליו אחרי נסיעה ארוכה (יחסית) לאתרים. המלון רחב ידיים, מוקף בגן גדול ומטופח, החדרים, לא פחות ממדהימים ואפילו מספקים שירותי תחזוקה וניקיון פעמיים ביום. המסעדה פשוט מצויינת עם מבחר גדול ומגוון של מנות. ב2 המסעדות הנוספות לא אכלנו אבל הן ניראו מדהימות. תודה מיוחדת לסו שף הנפלא שטרח להתעניין באופן אישי אם אנחנו מרוצים בכל פעם שהגענו לאכול. כל אנשי הצוות של המלון היו חייכנים ואדיבים ונתנו לנו להרגיש רצויים. ללא ספק המלון הטוב ביותר ששהינו בו בהודו!

Clean rooms, exceptional service. From a welcoming Security staff, Helpful front desk and staff ready to help, excellent restaurant with an exceptional chef in Mr. Sainath with very good support staff. Cant ask for more.
Airport pickup and drop were outstanding. The hotel taxi to Lonar was enjoyable as Mr. Rafiq our driver explained the area while making our journey comfortable.

Встретили в аэропорту, заселили раньше времени без дополнительной оплаты. У отеля своя охраняемая территория, хороший ресторан, разнообразный завтрак, отличный персонал, во всем старается помочь. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое, хороший напор воды в душе, удобная кровать, отличный Wi-Fi. Рядом магазин с недорогими продуктами, одеждой и товарами первой необходимости.
Если придираться, то номер мог быть немного чище.)
My husband and I spent a wonderful 5 days at the hotel and were overwhelmed by not just the ambience and charm of the building, but also by the wonderful service and hospitality given by staff.
From check in, where we were received with a welcome drink and helped by Upasana, to our check out where we were farewelled with a sweet tidbit, from start to finish our stay was exceptional. We would like to thank in particular Aran, Aayush, Ananya, Mukund and Sainath Rathode from food and beverage. No request from us was difficult and they delivered with professionalism, politeness and a smile. We also had 5 pleasant evenings spent at “Tease”where Om made us wonderful cocktails.
It would be remiss of us if we did not acknowledge the housekeeping team who ensured that our suite was spotless. They kept in touch throughout our stay asking if we needed anything and making sure that we were comfortable. We would also like to acknowledged the trainees who were very keen to learn and tender hospitality, which is the Taj way.
We have no hesitation in recommending Taj Gateway, Aurangabad as a place to stay.

The staff was very helpful. Special mention to Kajal, Kunika and Valmik, they made sure our stay was well taken care off right from Kajal at check in/out and Kunika and Valmik at food section
