Pros:

Camera pulita, staff super gentile e disponible. Super colazione . 40 km da Oslo - sei in collina - comodo per camminare o fare un giro in bici in mezzo alla natura. Noi abbiamo noleggiato la bici . Cena molto buono ma leggermente cara .

Unser Aufenthalt im Kleivstua war von Anfang bis Ende einfach traumhaft. Dieser Ort hat etwas ganz Besonderes – die wunderschöne Lage, die Atmosphäre, die Ruhe und die Natur rundherum sind einfach magisch. Man möchte am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen.

Ein absolutes Highlight war das Essen! Das Abendmenü, das man zusätzlich buchen kann, war sensationell – jeder Gang ein Genuss und mit so viel Liebe und Qualität zubereitet. Auch das Frühstück war ein Traum und definitiv eines der besten, das wir je in einem Hotel hatten.

Ganz besonders möchten wir auch das gesamte Team hervorheben: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und sympathisch. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum umsorgt.

Kleivstua ist nicht einfach nur ein Hotel – es ist ein Erlebnis. Ein wunderschöner, besonderer Ort, an den wir uns noch sehr lange erinnern werden. Für uns war wirklich alles perfekt. Absolute Herzensempfehlung! ❤️🇳🇴

Historisches, schönes Ambiente mit großartigen Ausblicken auf den Tyrifjord.
Pros:

Statt eines Zimmers erhielten wir ein kleines Blockhüttchen mit Stube, Schlafkammer, Bad und Mini-Sauna. Die Unterbringung war in einer historischen, sehr nett eingerichteten Hütte, das war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Dafür (und für Aussicht und Ambiente im gesamten Hotel) hat man gerne ein paar Abstriche in Kauf genommen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich mit vielen tollen Ausblickmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und näherer Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbüffet war außergewöhnlich in historischen Speiseräumen und teils einem hervorragenden Ausblick (auch von der Terrasse) auf den Tyrifjord und Vik. Alle Speisen müssen hier hoch / auf den Berg transportiert werden. Nach Anmeldung am Vortag kann man ein Drei- oden Vier-Gänge-Menü buchen mit außergewöhnlichen Gerichten. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Oslo ist nicht weit.

Cons:

Das Hotel per Pkw ist nur über eine private Mautstrecke zu erreichen. Jede Tour (= 1 Auffahrt + 1 Abfahrt) muss innerhalb von 48 Stunden eigenständig - und getrennt vom Hotel - digital / online überwiesen werden. Auch das Hotelpersonal muss diesen Obolus entrichten.

Perfect for a short stay close to Oslo. The evening meal made the trip for us.
Pros:

We stayed here on a short trip to Oslo. We wanted a peaceful place outside but close to Oslo for a night and this hotel was perfect. The hotel and location were outstanding. We pre-booked the 3 course dinner which was excellent. It was only a short drive from Oslo but was like a different world.

Cons:

The only thing which was a small problem were the blinds in the room. As it was summer time in Norway they did let light in but it was a only a minor problem.

Gamle hyggelige små huse , vårt havde sauna og den brugte vi selvfølgelig . Meget hyggeligt personale. Og morgenmaden var super god og delikat blandt gamle møbler . Her vil vi gerne bo igen
