Location of the place is really nice - between Plovdiv and Rhodopa mountain.
Staff was generally friendly. Food in the restaurant was good although service was slow.
There was a huge celebration in the restaurant of the hotel during our first night. While there is nothing wrong with that, there was no consideration about the actual guests of the hotel. Our company filled 80% of the hotel and all of us were bringing kids in different ages. The noise from the restaurant was immense. We were hoping that the volume of the music will be decreased after 10 PM but this did not happen and continued after 12PM. It felt like a torture to our 2-year old daughter (and us respectively) who could not fall asleep despite us closing all doors and windows.
We booked the apartment and explicitly asked for baby cot. While it was specious some of the furniture was rather outdated and even falling apart (bed frame in the bedroom), some lamps were not functioning. The baby cot provided was without any sheets and the mattress inside was for a regular bed so it was practically unusable.
Cleanness was definitely not great. The drawers next to the bed were filled with some labels from previous visitors.
Large pool (although music was very disturbing)
Unfortunately we didn’t like this place at all. A very badly maintained room, dirty spots on the carpet, walls and sofa. The hygiene in the bathroom was despicably bad, the tab in the jacuzzi was unfresh, no dustbin in the room, just a tiny one in the bathroom. We were made to feel unwelcome and decided to leave the place in advance although we had booked two nights. The music at the openair swimmingpool was hard to bear both because of the strange genre and the high volume.
The staff are very nice and welcoming people. Everything was great!
Very quiet location with a good view, good yard with a pool.
The hotel is at the wonderful location and there is a beautiful view for town of Plovdiv and montane view as well.
Best staff, excellent food! Will visit again :)
