My Room door digital key code automatically changed the morning before my checkout time. Landlord sent someone after 1 hour to fix it which made me late. I paid for latecheck out to the landlord (on their private website) and they refused to refund me.

Be mindful of crooks. No morality.

Unhappy about water leak on the kitchen’s roof. There were buckets across the kitchen and dirty water on the floor.

The guesthouse is in need of repairs. There were holes in the walls, etc. They were so noticeable that our 2 group leaders took photos upon arrival to ensure we weren't accused of damaging the property. Also, before our group departed, other people walked into the guesthouse. We gave our departure time online in the booking information. Our group leader didn't think they were the cleaners (though they could have been), and these strangers just walked into the guesthouse before our group left. It was very odd.

It would have been helpful to have access to the main house to better organize parking. Since cars need to be parked one behind the other, coordinating parking without access made the process inconvenient. Additionally, the blinds were broken, so they couldn’t be fully opened and we had to have the lights on.

We have to stay in the room since there is share kitchen.

Toilet seat needs fixing and some trim in the bathroom needs repair.

The house was WAY too hot, especially for sleeping, even in the basement. The thermostat was set to 25°c and could not be changed. We had to sleep with the window open (winter). It would also be very helpful if the host could advise all guests that they MUST write their vehicle and contact details on the board at the front door. We were trapped in the driveway a few times so in the end we opted to park on the road, where there are 1 hour only time limits on weekdays. Also, new pillows are required the IKEA wafers are not comfortable at all.

1) The embassy next door had very powerful flood lights that ‘flooded’ into our bedroom. The shade did not block any light. Because the shade was white, it illuminated the flood lights. We had to use the dark towels to hang on the shade to block the floodlights, so we could sleep.
2). We requested an extra towel. The property acknowledged but did not provide.
3). We requested a curtain for the bathroom. The owner acknowledged and said they would provide but there was no action to provide privacy that was lacking. To have a shower meant we would have to do it in the dark. The window gave too much opportunity for anyone to see in.

Its best if theres another trash bin in the toilet
