Endroit ok pour une nuit. Fonctionnel et spacieux pour une ou deux personnes

Cons:

éponge déjà utilisée et pas propre. Touffe de cheveux laissée par terre. Endroit mal isolé; chauffage n’est pas suffisant

Overall good experience (beside the bedroom curtains)

I had “The Elsy” room was up to standard and the place is clean and welcoming

Cons:

In “The Elsy” room the curtain is an issue. In fact, one of the windows is receiving a bright light from the Embassy of Korea (the curtains should be changed for something thicker and darker shade) and there for it is very hard to sleep at night. Also, the bathroom shower in the basement had a broken sliding door.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and very warm.
Pros:

Very clean. Modern comfortable beds. Great location for walking downtown. Close to the art gallery and parliament building.

Cons:

Open concept bathroom. Was not thrilled about the lack of privacy for the toilet. Thankfully there was a bathroom in the common area. Very warm, and no way to block out the morning light. Could use a stronger fan to help with the heat and curtains on the windows.

It was a "luxery GuestHouse" of Ikea broken furnitures. First impression was "wow" from the kitchen. But then started from the ceiling 3 wholes...missing Material or water leak? 2 big bins full with garbages, sofa 2 broken legs, shoe rack broken, open food in the fridge, Window covered with a piece of tissue in the room. Not to mention bad smelling towels. "Yummy"! We were a group of 9 people thought that we rented the rooms but at least have the tiny house for ourself instead of that lots different people came in and out every day. A normal family house rented out each room...now you can imagine this is not only poorly done but also a kind of a "money printer" house if each room get rent out. For sure my fault to fall into the trap of the name "the LUXERY Guest house. And then the pseudo "welcome", "good morning " etc. Is just from an automatically writing. Last bit not least 2 privat parking places. The house has at least 6 rooms to rent. So good luck to the no 3 to 6 renters.

Belle place très bien situé attention au stationnement
Pros:

Super place propre et pratique très bien situé le seul gros bémol le stationnement est vraiment problématique et devra être revu et réorganise car un locataire a du attendre entre 4 à 6 heures avant de pouvoir quitter le stationnement qui était obstrué par la voiture stationné en avant de la sienne

The bed linens could be updated but otherwise an enjoyable experience! Worth the price!
Pros:

The house was easy to access with the check in instructions and in a safe quiet location, but still nicely close to the bustling downtown. The organization of having multiple rooms occupied by different parties was efficient and felt safe and private.

Cons:

Instructions about parking before arriving could have been clearer but once checked in it became easy to understand how the process worked. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed although the rest of the room (and bathroom) was clean and comfortable. When we requested extra pillows and blankets after searching the room and not finding any we were told by the host that the only pillows available were the extremely old and flat ones left on the bed. There was not enough for all the guests in our party and when asked if more pillows or blankets could be provided communication stopped completely.

Amazing, friendly, safe, modern and clean
Pros:

I loved the security and check in process. The other guests were quite friendly and it was easy to keep the place tidy as the space was always clean. Location was quite accessible. A good layout and interior of the house that made it feel more comfortable.
Definitely a good choice and would certainly recommend!

Location and AC worked well

Cons:

House was poorly cleaned. Missing trash bins and carpets in the bathroom. Sent requests to the owner by SMS to the number they provided, got no reply. Then sent message thourgh Booking, they only read it after I had left the unit already.
Sofabed was very uncomfortable. Should not be advertised as a stay for 3 people.
