They fulfilled every commitment and request made, and then some!
The views from our room were beautiful and surprised us throughout the day and night! Their staff is their greatest strength, and they have many great features like location, views, amenities, services, etc. The kids had a great time in the pool every evening to cool down after the day out.
We had booked a 3-room suite and they upgraded us to a bigger and higher floor option available at check-in on their own. This room had an additional bathroom and even a quaint yet elegant study with a great view too.
The furniture was very high grade along with the linen, etc. The servicing was exceptional. Apart from the breakfast, their restaurant is also pretty nice and very competitive in terms of prices, and a very practical option if one decides to just enjoy a relaxed evening and dine-in. Plus you'll find everything from a 7-Eleven, fastfoods, restaurants to Spas out and around the hotel.

My family and I were extermely delighted to have stayed in the Parcvue Hotel Residence Nanjing
Pros:

I can only highly recommend the staff of the Parcvue Hotel Residence Nanjing. The staff are extremely efficient, honest and helpful. I accidentally left an item behind after my stay in the hotel. The hotel staff found the item and got the item back to me after I had left China. At all times the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, honest and professional. The staff went more than out of there way to help me and I am exdtremely grateful for all their help.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything matched photos and the staff were extermely helpful, honest, professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, and in excellent condition.

Overall is good, but is abit out of town
Pros:

location is out of town but the ambience is amazing, they have a community shopping complex nearby
