De locatie is perfect , ligt op loopafstand van starmedica het ziekenhuis
Kamers outdated en def do need updates. Persianas vies met veeeeel vlekken en bijvoorbeeld de spiegel kn de badkamer met vocht,
Staf receptie super saai…stelde zich niet voor geen alsjeblieft /dankjewel ( sorry…fui gerente de equipo de concierge/recep en hoteles)…
Late checkout hasta 3 pm por precio super ok/300 pesos.
Cama limpios pero en general todo “ oldskool”.
Excelente limpieza calidad las habitaciones excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente muy cómodo y excéntrico le pongo 10 de 10 y los desayunos exquisitos

que el hotel no tiene restaurante, ni siquiera una vending machine. NADA
Me gustó que podía ver el estacionamiento desde mi habitación (llevé vehículo). También me gustó la regadera, el baño en general y las camas. El personal también fue muy servicial, andaba buscando sal un día y me la dieron sin problema. También es un plus que tengan cafetera y te disponible.
Que la cafetera estuviera en la habitación jeje para no bajar hasta la recepción. Un poco más de variedad en el desayuno me encantaría.

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno adecuado en relación a la tarifa.
La atención a la llegada. No es cordial. Se puede decir lo mismo pero de manera amable. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in, y entiendo que la habitación no estubiera lista, pero si se es amable, ese inconveniente desaparece. Pudieron haber dicho algo parecido: lo sentimos mucho, pero vamos a hacer lo posible que su espera sea lo mas cómoda posible. Por favor tomen asiento, y les ofrezco un café y agua refrescante. Haremos todo lo posible por darles su habitación lo antes posible.
El café y el agua ya estaban en el lobby, pero les faltó la actitud.
