清潔感が良い。温泉が好き。
領収書の発行を予約サイトのアゴダにお願いしたが、トラブルで発行できないと言うことで、アゴダからホテル側に連絡し、請求書と言う形で発行していただくということで、メールのやりとりをしていたが、ホテル側からは連絡がなかったため困っています。領収書の発行ができないアゴダ側に問題があると思いますが、ご対応いただきたかった。宿泊には大変満足しております。
La cama era cómoda y poder elegir la almohada, un punto muy positivo! Me gustó que dieran pijama, accesorios para el cuidado personal (mascarilla facial, cremas, tratamientos varios...)
El onsen estupendo. El desayuno bastante bien.
El ambiente muy relajado, con silencio, música ambiente tranquila...
El dormitorio es muy pequeño y no hay sitio para abrir una maleta grande.

Good value for money, and the connecting rooms are a great feature.
The female staff member who checked us in (at around 4:45–4:50 PM) had a very poor attitude. We don’t speak Japanese, but instead of trying to help, she repeatedly said, “OK? OK?” in an impatient manner. She also almost threw the instruction sheet toward me instead of handing it to me politely. It made us feel unwelcome and left a very disappointing first impression.
Good hotel of the standard Japanese style. Friendly staff. Close to transport, and easy to get to Haneda airport
The on-site bathhouse is a little small, after the first use I preferred the shower in my room. The extractor fan in the bathroom is a little noisy and can't be turned off

そして、スタッフの方々の接し方がとても温かく丁寧でした。高級ホテルのようでした！ありがとうございました！
温泉のお湯の温度が少し低めかなと思いましたが、ゆっくりと温まらせていただきました！
