I think it was ok for the money we paid but wish the staff were more accommodating.
Pros:

Close to train station and a convenience store across the road
I like how we get to choose our pillows and also, free water, tea, coffee and soft drinks.

Cons:

They had renovation at the premises so we had to choose our breakfast downstairs near reception as restaurant was not available and we were told we had to eat it in our room. Couldn’t take it out of the hotel to eat even though it was pastries that was in a bag?
Very small room - no space for our luggage.

可以好好休息的一間飯店👍🏻
Pros:

浴場開到很晚，就算較晚回飯店也可以使用。
備品很齊全，有超多種類可以挑選、甚至還有面膜。

地點離市區比較遠，花滿多時間轉車。

Perfect for short stays in Tokyo
Pros:

Not too far from the train. Perfect if you’re coming from another part of Japan and need a place to sleep before a flight.
Free breakfast, free drinks, and the onsen was great.
For the price it’s great
