What I liked most about the property was the exceptional staff. Sara, Sarah and Valdrin at the front desk were always professional, welcoming and very efficient. They handled everything quickly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

The service overall was fast and well organized, which made my stay very relaxed. I also really enjoyed the hotel bar. Fjolla prepared excellent cocktails and provided friendly and attentive service every evening.

The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The team truly made the difference during my stay.
