Enjoyable hotel in a slightly off the beaten track region
Pros:

Although my booking wasn't actually confirmed on the hotel's side due to lack of deposit, the helpful staff quickly arranged a room for us for the same price as the original booking and we even got breakfast. The room facilites and cleaniliness was great, all the equipment was brand new, our stay in the room was comfortable. Bonus, that the hotel provides free laundry services as well!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there are public areas and rooms in the hotel where smoking is permitted, so the smoky air sometimes seeped into our bathroom as well. Certainly not the hotel's fault, but public transportation is not particularly comfortable in Chaozhou, so using AliPay for ride hailing is highly recommended.

Pros:

Enjoyed staying here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quality large sized and good value, excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast is above average with soup noodles to order, tasty dim sum and even a very acceptable expresso coffee machine.

Pros:

Like our beds n excellent check in
service. But I stayed at level 7 and there is a gym on 9th floor. Very noisy in the morning from 7.00 am when they exercise with banging sounds. Everything else was satisfactory. Keep up the good work of offering free porridge n light snack at 3rd floor every night. It was wonderful Idea.

Pros:

Super nice staff, very helpful.
We had to speak a mix of English and my broken Teochew because I cannot speak Mandarin but they were very patient. Rooms are well designed and the showers are great.

Cons:

Smell of smoke in the room, but they allowed me to change rooms and it was much better
