Ok, but don't expect miracles for the price...
Pros:

Convenient placed then driving during Germany towards or back from France as a Scandinavian

Cons:

The reception was good, but the rest of the staff was not very friendly or service minded.

Pros:

Swimmingpool og sjovt med tema for ungerne. Personalet var helt utrolig søde og hjælpsomme - ale vi mødte.

Cons:

Der var alt for lydt. Det var meget generende og vi blev alle fire vækket flere gange om natten af andre gæster.

Charmantes Hotel mit originellen Zimmern und freundlichem Service.
Pros:

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Beverland. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war allerdings die Lage meines Zimmers. Es befand sich direkt neben der Feuertreppe bzw. einer Tür, wodurch es nachts zeitweise etwas lauter wurde. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte bei der Buchung vielleicht nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer fragen.

Es war sauber

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt fernab jeglicher Zivilisation. Offenbar mit Focus auf „Tagungen“, wie sie z.B. DGB o.ä. durchführen. Da läuft dann wenigstens keiner weg :-)Das hauseigene Restaurant „Kocharena“ war sehr schön eingerichtet, entpuppte sich aber sowohl personell als auch auf Speisenangebot und Speisenqualität bezogen als absolute Vollkatastrophe. Barpersonal war leider auch total unfreundlich. Vielleicht waren sie überfordert, weil im grossen Saal eine Betriebsfeier stattfand?

Pros:

The room for 5 was big enough with a lovely touch of hammock there. The pool was warm enough at the end of the hot day, kids enjoyed the swim. It was good to refresh after all day of travel.
We decided to go for breakfast in the morning, so it was worth it. You can ask to make you scrambled or fried eggs, kids loved the pancake machine.
In general the hotel and surroundings are very nice. Parking is free just outside the hotel.

Cons:

Was very hot to sleep...no airconditioning.

Ansprechendes Gruppenhotel in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung
Pros:

Schöner Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück in tollen Räumlichkeiten, komfortable Zimmer, sehr schöner Innenhof

Cons:

Sehr warm in dem Zimmer unter dem Dach, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, in der Nacht laut aufgrund durchfahrender Züge, Lage direkt am Bahnhof, 5 km vom Zentrum Ostbevern entfernt , schmale Einzelbetten im Nordseezimmer, Restaurant zu teuer

Härligt poolområde och fint rum!
Pros:

Barnen älskade poolen, rummet var bra och detta var ett perfekt stopp påväg vidare till Frankrike.
