Lovely well located apartment with great access to town and to the beach.
Great access to outside lounge area and hot tubs and barbeque bikes and kayak.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights in porto cesaereo
The on line booking system was problematic requiring a contract to be entered into which then required a security code sent to your phone to sign the contract. Our phone isn’t accepting SMS so we couldnt get it. Giovanni helped us sort it out in person when we arrived. Also beware of the need to pay a Euro 200 bond when booking which we got out of as a walk in booking.
Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working when we arrived.

L'emplacement de l'immeuble. La vue depuis la terrasse. Les équipements de l'appartement et de l'immeuble. Il y avait même des vélos à notre disposition. Il ne manquait de rien.
Tout était bien, sauf que l'immeuble ne dispose pas de parking. Parfois une vraie galère pour trouver une place de parking près de l'immeuble durant le mois d'août.

Suggerisco solo di aggiungere qualche stoviglia alla cucina, i piatti sono contati e non ci sono insalatiere ecc inoltre servirebbe qualche tegame più piccolo
Great Facilities, great location, very clean rooms and grounds were kept immaculately.
Had to pay extra in addition to the price paid on booking.com when we arrived at property. We were pointed to a voucher which required an extra 60 euros on top of price paid. In addition, although I eventually found in the small print on booking.com, we had to pay another 60euros for bedding and towels rental (this was requested in advance of arriving). So overall price for the 3 nights was >30% extra than expected when we initially compared with other properties. Only other complaint is that the basics such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc not provided and you were expected to buy at a supermarket, which was very wasteful if you are only staying a few nights.

Nice and new apartment within walking distance of the city centre. Nice furniture, large terrace, free use of bicycles. Parking is not included, but easy to find in the area. Jacuzzi is on the garden terrace, clean and very nice environment. Only one negative comment: the air condition system was not efficient enough.
