Chvalim pristup personalu

Cons:

V dnešnej dobe, aby boli v ponuke televízie len dva slovenské programy (STV1 a STV2), je veľmi smutné a argument, že chodia viac zahraniční hostia, je trápny.

Pros:

Hotel je ideálne v centre mesta .Plusom je zabezpečené parkovisko v blízkosti hotela.

Cons:

Raňajky boli v obmedzenom počte teplých jedál a aj celkove výber nič moc. Izba bola obmedzená skosenosťou zadnej steny a tým pádom pôsobila stiesneným pocitom . Postele boli veľmi mäkké .

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good , the reception desk and all people are very friendly and helpful. Parking spot is very near and safety place . We are highly recommend the Massage 🙌🏼 the gentleman is very well experienced and super therapist. The breakfast is far the best and also the dinner is highly recommended. All the places belongs the complex are beautiful and very friendly stuff working there.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds at the room are a little bit small sizes ( 160x200) but it's still absolutely acceptable. Irma spa with 3 pools and sauna nearby at the thermal island is a bit expensive (daily entering price is EUR 70 per person without any treatment).

Overall good but not quite exceptional.
Pros:

Great location. Nicely decorated room.

Cons:

The air con didn’t work and the room was very warm.
The hot water was scolding hot and we caught our hands in the extreme heat a couple of times, which wasn’t pleasant.
