Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. L’annonce était trompeuse : il n’était absolument pas précisé que nous partagerions la maison avec d’autres personnes. En réalité, il s’agit d’une maison où seule une chambre est privatisée, avec des toilettes partagées, ce qui n’était pas clair au moment de la réservation.

De plus, l’hôte s’est montré peu réactif à nos messages, ce qui n’a pas aidé à améliorer la situation.

Mais le point le plus problématique reste la propreté, qui est tout simplement inacceptable. Les draps ne semblaient pas avoir été changés, les moquettes étaient tachées, et le canapé censé servir de second couchage était dans un état lamentable. Nous avons également constaté un important problème d’humidité dans le logement, rendant l’atmosphère désagréable et peu saine.

Nous ne recommandons pas cet hébergement en l’état.

It wasn’t pleasant
Cons:

The heater wasn’t working throughout our stay and I had a 3 year old daughter who had cold . The response from the staff(host) was late and it wasn’t fixed . My daughter had to sleep in the cold all night and we had to check out early . The water wasn’t hot either so me and my family didn’t have out bath before .

La situation géograpgique du lieu et l'acces est vraiment simple et sécurisé
Pros:

La tranquillité et la bonne conduite des autres occupants étaient très appréciés.
L’accès sécurisé des portes montrent une bonne organisation.
Le parking aussi est très apprécié.
La propriété de l’hôtel est impressionnante.
J'ai fait quand des séjour dans des hôtels a Ottawa, mais j'ai vraiment aimé celui la.
Le cout aussi n'est pas ci pire .

Pros:

Great place if you're looking for an affordable place to stay. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area. And not too far of a drive from the main downtown area. If you like coffee there's a really good Ethiopian coffee shop a few minutes around the corner.
