C’était pas confortable et j’ai pas eu mon retour de 45$.

Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, but as constructive feedback for areas of improvement, the complimentary toiletries section could use some revision, as there was only hand soap in the washroom and just shampoo in the tub. For a complete experience, items such as a small toothpaste, body wash, conditioner, or individual soap bars could be added. Additionally, only one bath towel was provided per person; while it is manageable for a short stay, a separate hand towel is always necessary for hygiene. Finally, the fabric of the bed sheets was quite heat-trapping and warm, so upgrading to more breathable, cotton-based materials would improve sleeping comfort. We are sharing these details purely as constructive feedback, and overall we were very happy with our stay.

My code to my door didn’t work, I contacted her and it took 3 hours until I got a response. It was almost midnight by the time I was able to get in my room. A lot of money spent just for me to barely spend time in it. The response time needs to be quicker, I feel let down by that.

Alguns quarteirões perto do alojamento têm consumo de droga bastante visível na rua. Não é perigoso, mas pode ser uma situação delicada com crianças, por exemplo.

Absolutely filthy. We had to leave our room the night of check-in after a long day and didn’t not sleep there. Saw it when we first came in and thought maybe we can surpass it for the night but after a long long day, we just cant get comfortable on how dirty it was. Our room did not match the cleanliness of the pictures at all. Carpet was disgusting and dust everywhere. There were also markings on our comforter. Such a shame as customer service is good.

En 35 ans de voyages, c'est le pire endroit où j'ai séjourné. Sur une période de 15 jours, il y a eu quatre jours sans serviettes ni draps propres ; j'ai dû utiliser ceux laissés par le client précédent. Je suis resté trois jours sans eau chaude. Les chambres sont petites et sales. Les vitres n'avaient pas été nettoyées depuis des mois et la moquette était immonde, dégageant une odeur forte et désagréable — heureusement, la climatisation aidait à masquer cette odeur. La salle de bain commune est minuscule et, le dernier jour, il n'y avait plus de papier toilette. En bref, je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

La moqueta del pasillo y la habitacion estaban algo sucias. El aire acondicionado hace MUCHO ruido siendo la estancia bastante calurosa en verano (ultimo piso) por lo que es necesario ponerlo pero molesta bastante.

I am very satisfied

The only big problem was that there wasn’t hot water for my last two days. The first time, I assumed that another guest had used it all and wasn’t too upset, so didn’t even mention it. When it was ice cold the next day (right before check-out), I was much more annoyed! The staff were very kind, and did say that they would look into it and I’m sure it won’t be a problem in the future, but still… They also only gave me two small towels for four days, and didn’t seem to have more available — I probably could have asked. There are a lot of stains on the rugs throughout the house, but it is old, so to be expected perhaps.

They need to change the carpet or at least clean it.
