Not luxury, but very pleasant :)
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the check-in was super easy. Overall a good value for money!
The shared downstairs spaces are definitely the prettiest areas, not quite achieved in the individual bedroom.

Cons:

There was a water spot on the ceiling that strongly resembled mold (I can't be certain). The bathroom also was a little dirty, but it could have just been from the other guests sharing the quarters.
I also think that calling the room "luxury" sets a certain expectations that is not met upon arrival.

Not good for families. Location and parking is best. Dark linen provided to cover dirt.
Pros:

The location of the property is good. The inside structure generates a feel of traditional architecture. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, eventhough it is shared.

Cons:

We booked almost one month before the stay. Still had an horrible expeeience during first night of the stay. The linens smells sweaty and had a very bad smell, pillow covers, mattress cover, bed sheets, throws all smelled really bad and I had to pull out all and dumb it in the corner. Since the tube heater is a very old model, I had to use the available towels to cover my kids from cold. They provided only 2 towels for 4 member family for the stay of 3 nights.

Even after contacting the property and booking.com CC there were no response till next day noon, which ruined my holiday mood for the day, adding to which there were snow storm warning for the day. After multiple attempts got response from property that they will send someone to replace the linen. Even after replacing, the linens doesnt smell pleasant, but still had to adjust as booking.com didnt had any budget rooms near my location and of course last minute booking cost were higher for other properties. The linen used are dark in color to cover up the stains and dirt. There was a white color linen and pillow cover in the shelf which too had visible dirt marks and foul smell (smelt like someone used and kept for personal use for a very long time)

There were no napkins or kitchen tissues provided. Privacy is also a concern as we could hear people talking in the next room.

Cosy house perfect for solo or couple travellers :)
Pros:

Really lovely, well kept house ideal for solo or couples travelling. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and lovely living/dining area.
