Cleanliness
6
Mixed reports: several guests mention visible dirt/mould (shower wood looked mouldy), trash in bins and corners, and 'quelques défauts de propreté' — cleanliness is inconsistent.
Service
8
Mostly praised: multiple comments about 'personnel très sympathique' and 'staff is very nice and helpful'. One strong negative report about managerial behaviour at breakfast, but overall service is friendly and helpful.
Location
9
Consistently positive: many guests highlight proximity to the airport (4 minutes, very near Zaventem) and convenience for overnight stays before flights.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms described as cozy and beds often comfortable, but recurring minor issues: see-through curtains affecting privacy, some wear and small defects.
Amenities
6.8
Mixed/limited: breakfast is good, but some missing or broken amenities reported (no fridge in some rooms, broken hairdryer, leaking shower cabin, flushing issues).
Value for Money
8.8
Frequently praised as good value: guests repeatedly note this is a budget hotel near the airport with a very good price-quality ratio and suitable for a short stay.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast generally receives strong positive comments ('very good', 'decent', 'excellent for the price'), though one guest complained about small portions and management limiting servings.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall a solid choice for short/overnight stays near the airport: convenient and good value with friendly staff and decent breakfast, tempered by occasional cleanliness and amenity issues.
