Pros:

Hotel terletak di tengah bandar Kuantan. Tidak jauh dari masjid negeri dan menara kuantan. Banyak tempat makan berhampiran hotel. Aduan juga dilayan dengan cepat.

Cons:

Basement parking. Sila tambah arah panduan untuk kereta keluar dari basement parking. Saya terpaksa berpusing mencari jalan keluar kerana tiada petunjuk yg jelas bagi pemandu.
