Will not use booking.com again.
Pros:

Hotel location, clean, staff friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the way booking.com gave me. I booked 4 Deluxe Twin Rooms. But instead gv me only 1 Deluxe Twin Room. 2 Deluxe Triple Room, 1Deluxe Family Room, different prices. Many complaints made but nothing happened.?? Should gv me money refund.

The hotel is a bit old and need make over. Poor/lack of maintenance due to wear and tear

Large room, courteous staffs, good local amenities and prime location.

Cons:

The first room allocated to us got mouldy bath mat, soiled/stained towel and leaking toilet. After we complained, they allocated us to another room. This time, the sewage cover in the bathroom/toilet is loosened and the toilet is leaking. We complained again, no action taken through out the duration of our stay. We also pay extra for an extra bed for my mum who came to stay with us. She felt itchy sleeping in it. When we complained to the reception, they changed the bed sheet but not the mattress. A very bad experience for us and not impressed at all the way we are treated.
